Überdurchschnittlich gutes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Außerordentlich freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstück, Parkplätze unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, ruhige Lage neben Schlosspark.

Cons:

WLAN unzuverlässig. Sehr bedauerlich, dass das Hotel in wenigen Tagen schließen wird!

Es ist schade dass dieses Hotel schließen muß. Die Zimmergröße ist perfekt, Die Lage mit blick auf den Schlosspark ist ruhig und mitten in Berlin. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und immer gut gelaunt (sehr selten). Frühstück nicht ganz perfekt, Cerealien/Müsli war mit wenig Auswahl, dafür immer frisches Obst, perfekter Capuccino oder Latte Macciato. Somit ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ausergewöhnlich fair. Parkplatz für 10€ für Berlin absolut günstig! Wir wünschen der Hotelmanschaft alles gute für Ihren neuen Wirkungsort. Wäre toll wenn die Kollegen zusammenbleiben könnten und ein neues Hotel übernehmen könnten. Würde sofort dort nächtigen.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Dadurch haben wir uns besonders wohl gefühlt.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig und wohnlich eingerichtet.Das Hotel hat eine zentrale Lage direkt am Schlosspark. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Pros:

This was an excellent hotel, with very friendly staff, very good breakfast. Best of all was that the rooms have balconies overlooking Charlottenburg park.

Cons:

The shame is that the hotel is being forced to close at the end of April 2026. The reason for this is that the parent company is a local hospital which is entering insolvency and they have not been fortunate enough to find an investor for the full complex that the hotel sits in.
