Direkt an der U-Bahn und nur wenige Gehminuten S-Bahn Messe Nord (Ringbane).
Supermarkt Rewe, gemütlich cafés in Kaiserdam Straße.
Biomarkt gegenüber.
Schönes Zimmer mit Bad.
Der Preis ist unschlagbar.
Ich komme bald wieder.

Cons:

Despite this being a non-smoking hotel, several times a day people sit on the balcony on the 5th floor smoking cigarettes, which is why the hallway and my room smell of smoke. Other guests have also complained about this in reviews of your hotel. I regret that this situation has not been improved.

Tolle Lage, großzügige Zimmer und ein schöner Blick über Berlin
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage, man ist mit U- und S-Bahn schnell im Zentrum. Ich hatte ein schönes, großes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer. Und da das Hotel in den beiden oberen Stockwerken des Hauses gelegen ist, war der Geräuschpegel vom Kaiserdamm auch nicht störend.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das WLAN hat zwischendurch mal ziemlich geschwächelt.

Hope to return to the Kaiser.
Pros:

In relation to my visit to Berlin the location suited me perfectly. Plus a metro subway station is close by and a food market is directly across from the hotel.

Lokalizacja korzystna - ze 100 m od stacji metra.
W pobliżu sklepy, restauracje i bary czy kawiarnie

Cons:

brak klimatyzacji w pokoju , który był bardzo nagrzany bo od strony słonecznej . Zwykły wentylator to za mało w upalny dzień .

Die direkte Lage an der U2 ist super. Für einen Konzertbesuch im Olympiastadion zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Good, with some reservations
Pros:

The room was simple but very nice, big and quite quiet, even though it was right on the avenue; it had blackout curtains that were good enough, the location was the best part.

Cons:

I don't even know if the receptionist was friendly or not, because they were very monosyllabic. I asked a housekeeper for an iron (she was very friendly), but the iron didn’t work. Maybe that explains why the sheets weren’t ironed (I usually don’t mind), but since I had bedbug bites after my stay, I strongly recommend that the hotel do this. The sheets were clean, but if they were ironed, they would be even more hygienic.

Super Preisleistungsverhältnis und sehr gute Lage; ich war nachdem ich vorher einige negative Bewertungen gelesen hatte aber auch vom Hotel und Zimmer selbst sehr positiv überrascht

Cons:

war alles ok, was ich mir vorstellen könnte ist, dass es bei Hitze auch im Zimmer heiß wird (bei mir war es draußen nur warm und noch ok)
