It was a good choice for my needs.
Pros:

very good location, close to the U line, supermarkets and restaurants.

Very clean

Cons:

No coffee in the room, there is a paid (1-1,5 Euro) coffee machine in the lobby.

the person who was at the reception when I came , in the evening, was not very friendly and motivated, while her only task was to check my reservation and give me the card for the room. A much better experience I had in the morning, when a smiling lady took my card back.

Immer wieder würde ich das Hotel buchen und weiter empfehlen!
Pros:

Sauberes, helles, freundliches, großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Es hat dort alten, wie abgestandenem Rauch gerochen.
Leider war der Fernseher am 2. Tag defekt, nachdem ein Hotelmitarbeiter den Fernseher zum Laufen gebracht hatte. Er hat ein anderes Gerät installiert, leider funktionierte das am 2. Abend nicht mehr.

gute Lage, freundliche Empfangsdame, das Gebäude irritiert etwas
Pros:

Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Messegeländes wo ich tagsüber war und nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, die U-Bahn ist nur einige Meter entfernt. Ich konnte mein Gepäck tagsüber dort lassen. Die Dame am Empfang ist freundlich. Das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank. Im Empfangsbereich gab es einen Stadtplan und viele Kärtchen mit kulturellen Angeboten. Der Hausmeister kam sehr schnell um mir zu helfen (hatte den Safe aus Versehen falsch verschlossen). Es scheint zu jeder Zeit jemand am Empfang zu sein.

Cons:

Das Haus wirkt wie ein Wohnhaus, im Eingang scheinen auch Firmen ansässig. Die Tür ging sehr schwer/ruckelig auf. Man kommt nur mit einem Fahrstuhl zu Etage 5 und 6 in denen das Hotel ist.

Pros:

Zimmer im 5 Stock des Altbaus. Schloss Charlottenburg in erlauf barer Nähe. Kein Frühstück, aber U-Bahn Nr. 2 praktisch vor der Haustür. Der erste Eindruck kann täuschen. Würde ich wieder dort übernachten? Für zwei bis vier Übernachtungen auf jeden Fall.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zum meckern, bei dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
