Pros:

Nice and clean, quite place, everything was ok lot of free parking available outside on the streets.

Cons:

Communication problems, late reply of messages. When you reach on weekends it's very difficult to find the place. Nobody is there to assist.

Две большие комнаты. Всё чисто и аккуратно
На второй день, пока нас не было, произвели уборку номера
Очень тихое расположение. Соседей не слышно

Cons:

Очень тупые ножи, практически не возможно ими ничего порезать.
Был заклинен клапан слива в рукомойнике и вода не могла стекать.
Нет инструкции пользования микроволновой

Gutes Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis, große Apartments, die gut für vier Personen geeignet sind. Die Möblierung ist zweckmäßig, aber alles super sauber und die Betten sind groß und gemütlich . Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Unkomplizierter Check-in Dank Schlüsselbox. Gratis Parkplätze vor der Tür. Sehr gute Lage zum Olympiastadion und in die westliche City.

Cons:

Wenn man das Fenster auf hat, hört man den Autoverkehr auf der Heerstraße.

Cons:

Betten (für mich persönlich) leider nicht geeignet.

Badezimmer stellenweise dreckig.

Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer inklusive kleiner Küche. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und gut zu Fuß vom Olympiastadion erreichbar. Ein kostenloses Wasser stand im Zimmer bereit, Seife in Bad und Dusche vorhanden.

Cons:

Dadurch, dass das Gelände umzäunt ist (wegen Krankenhausgelände), ist es manchmal schwierig die Ein- und Ausgänge zu finden, wenn man sich nicht auskennt. Eine bessere Ausschilderung für Gäste des Gästehauses wäre super. Ansonsten alles top! ☺️

Prima Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Pros:

Das riesige Zimmer und die Nähe zur Bushaltestelle. Auch die ruhige Lage hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Räume sind sehr schlicht. Für ein Wochenende völlig ok.
