Pros:

Vom einchecken bis auschecken alles super geklappt.
Zur Waldbühne oder zum S Bahnhof alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend für 2 Personen.

Cons:

Bei offenem Fenster war es etwas laut von der nahen Straße.

Sauber, ruhiger, komfortabler Standort. Recommended!
Pros:

Es ist ein schöner, ruhiger Ort. Das Olympiastadion ist in 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: Zur Bushaltestelle sind es nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur S-Bahn ungefähr 15 Minuten. Mit der S-Bahn gelangt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum.

Ein kleiner REWE-Supermarkt befindet sich etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und äußerst sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt und zum Selbstkochen benötigt. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind hervorragend.

Obwohl sich das Gästehaus auf dem Gelände eines Krankenhauses befindet, hört man im Zimmer keinerlei Geräusche.

Man kann auch in der Cafeteria des Krankenhauses frühstücken oder zu Mittag essen. Das Mittagessen wird ab 11:30 Uhr angeboten und kostet etwa 6–8 Euro. Alles schmeckt sehr gut.

Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Entspannter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Salz und Pfeffer, Spülmittel und Wischlappen.
Bequeme Betten, ausreichend Platz und gutes Bad.
Die Heerstr. ist laut, aber die Fenster waren geräuschdicht.
Wichtig war die Nähe zur S-Bahn Haltestelle, die schnell erreichbar ist.1

Cons:

Im kleinen Krankenhauspark durfte man die Wiesen nicht betreten, aber dafür gab es viele Bänke zum Ausruhen.

Nicht ganz zu "Fabelhaft' wie ausgelobt aber durchaus akzeptabel. Wir würden wiederkommen..
Pros:

Große Zimmer, gutes Bett, Mikrowelle und Backofen, Spülmaschine, Toaster, genügend Handtücher, schnelle Reaktion bei fehlenden Ausstattungsteilen (s.u.), schöne Parkanlage, Nähe zur S-Bahn, funktionierende Ladesäule an Straße außerhalb.

Cons:

Heerstraße sehr laut, Schlafen bei offenen Fenster nicht möglich, ausreichendes Geschirr und Küchenutensilien erst auf Nachfrage (aber schnell reagiert), Töpfe und Besteck teils nicht sauber bzw. mit Schimmel, Warmwasser extrem heiß (Verbrühungsgefahr), Bad ohne Fenster, sehr klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Badentlüftung defekt; keine nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten!!
