While our stay had a few highlights—such as a conveniently located hotel and a clean room—the overall experience fell short of expectations. The staff were present and the room was tidy, which made check-in and basic comfort manageable. If you're looking for a simple, no-frills place to rest and aren’t sensitive to noise, it might work for a short stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet our expectations. The rooms are not soundproof at all—we could clearly hear neighbors talking and every footstep in the corridor. To make matters worse, there’s a pub directly opposite the hotel, and the noise carried into our room late into the night, which was especially disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, the carpark arrangement was poorly organized, and some of the staff could have been more courteous and professional. If you value peace, quiet, and attentive service, you may want to consider other options.

A decent cheap hotel. Unfortunate that there's so many ants.

Location was good. Very central. There is a bar across the road, and a few market stalls a short walk away.

Ants were everywhere, and the TV wasn't functioning.

Overall a decent experience. It would be even better had staff were more customer friendly.

They @@ respectful but not excited about their service. No warmth. Not too happy when I asked for help with booking transport to immigration border. And also when I requested to change room before settling in the assigned room. Room cleaning staff very bright n cheery.
