Old World Charm
Pros:

Nick is a great host and very easy to communicate with.
Our themed room was very ornate and invokes that old school charm, even though recently renovated.
Every room has a different theme to reflect various historical times/events of the area. It felt Grand being there, and the amenities are very good.
Also it's proximity to the main street was a plus, but also a minus being a street facing room. However, if you like that aspect then certainly our King Petar room would be an excellent choice.

Cons:

Noise. The room is reasonably well sound proofed, to a point, and we were in the middle of the 3 levels facing the Sirok Sokak Esplanade, with two double glazed windows/door. Street noise is very subdued, but still noticeable late into the night, which did disturb us a bit (coming from quiet country residence), especially when coinciding with 'large' local festivities around our visit, which just added to the noise. On another night we had inconsiderate guests in the room above 'tromping' around throughout the night up until 6am.
Nick did step in straight away once being told about the issue early am 😊
The other dislike only affects those of you with mobility issues. There are lots of stairs, being the only access, making it for older folk (esp with joint issues) a challenge to negotiate daily. Nick and our driver helped get our heavy suitcases up to the room, thankfully we weren't on the top level.

Other minor points that are 4*+ suggestions:
The fridge is an OK size for basics, but the small freezer part struggled to fit a 12 cube ice tray let alone freeze it.
The towels could use updating and pillows are mostly flat with only option to add extra ones if required.

Great hotel, great location, well worth a stopover
Pros:

Lovely room, in a great location close to the centre. The manager was very friendly and helpful and helped us to find the parking for the motorcycle. The parking is an open space behind the hotel, but is covered by cameras so felt secure. In fact the only down side was trying to find it, since there is no vehicle access to the street the hotel is on.

Bitola, pourquoi cette passion pour les Pizza ??! 😊🍕🇲🇰
Pros:

C'est une ville vraiment charmante avec un petit centre mignon, plein de cafés, de pizzeria (c'est quoi le problème avec la pizza dans cette ville ?) et un vieux bazar incroyablement typique ! Cette ville a vraiment du cachet, une ville très macédonienne où il fait bon vivre... idéale pour faire une halte avant la Grèce (on pourra vous raconter dans un autre épisode d'ailleurs, grande histoire car pas de bus pour la Grèce ici) ... bref c'était un passage rapide avant d'aller à Ohrid et franchement top ville, ça vaut le coup de s'y arrêter pour une journée ! Pour le logement, bon très sommaire, je veux dire dans le service et dans la proposition, ça se veut kitsch et luxe mais sincèrement c'est pas beau et l'accueil est froid, pas au rendez vous. Donc ne vous attendez pas à vivre dans un palace, c'est pas le cas mais ça reste très fonctionnel et le rapport qualité prix (40 e la nuit) est plutôt très raisonnable car le logement est ultra central. Un point ultra important : la pression de la douche en mode Karcher, c'est tout simplement parfait ! Une vraie douche digne de ce nom !

When I visit again I will not hesitate to stay here again.
Pros:

This property is perfectly located right in the middle of Bitola with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Staff is very friendly and prompt with any requests that you may have.

Pros:

Eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf meiner Reise. Ausgesprochen stilvoll eingerichtet. Das beginnt schon beim Flur für die Zimmer. Die Möbel sind neu und schön, das Licht hat viele verschiedene Spielereien und Wände, Decke und Teppich sind einfach eine Einheit.
Das Tüpfchen auf dem i ist dann das Badezimmer. Auch hier von den verspielten Lichtmöglichkeiten bis zu den Armaturen einfach vollkommen. Das schönste Badezimmer, was ich je hatte. Ich hätte so eines gerne Zuhause.
Der Besitzer erfüllt einem unkompliziert Wünsche und ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Sogar mein Fahrrad, welches auch einen sicheren Raum bekam, verzierte er mit Pflanzen, damit es ganz sicher nicht wegkommt.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr als 10 Punkte gegeben.
