Modern accommodation in a nicely restored old building.Very friendly and welcoming staff,good value food and drinks.We had the accessible room , large modern bathroom with loads of room for wheelchair users,with easy access from the rear courtyard parking area.Free parking always a bonus,but limited spaces.The room we had was named the Barnyard room or something similar.We only stayed one night as a stopover for which it was ideal.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were lovely. Bed was comfy.
The rooms are a little noisy as the ones above the pub are on a very busy road! They have made an effort to minimise the noise as best they can. This is a very old building so understandably it has its limitations.

This was a great place to stay. We loved the way a really old building had been modernised into a comfortable hotel that recognised its own history. The food was great with very friendly service from all the staff. Our room was very comfortable with great tv , WiFi etc.
