Fue una estancia perfecta. Al comienzo tuvimos un pequeño problema con la llave de la puerta y la recepcionista nos soluciono el problema al instante. La atención fue de primera. Estaba todo limpísimo, no podía sacar ninguna pega a la habitación la verdad. Volveremos sin dudar, para una estancia más larga.

De PR schept verwachtingen die niet volledig worden ingelost.
Pros:

- Mooie, moderne en zeer propere kamers.
- Comfortabele jacuzzi en ruime, moderne douche.
- Vriendelijk personeel.
- Uitstekende massage door Helena.
- Rustige en aangename accommodatie.

Cons:

- Het hotel oogt op de foto's luxueuzer en ruimer dan in werkelijkheid.
- Zwembad is klein en niet geschikt om baantjes te zwemmen; infinitypool kijkt uit op een dak met onkruid.
- Wellnessbeleving is beperkt: massages gebeuren op de kamer door een externe therapeut en de bar is niet bemand (bestellen via app).
- Kamer is onvoldoende praktisch ingericht: te weinig opbergruimte, onhandige kleerhangers, geen haakjes voor badjassen en geen comfortabele loungezetels op het balkon.
- Ontbijt is elke dag hetzelfde, met weinig keuze en geen variatie.
- Zeer beperkt culinair aanbod: geen fine-diningrestaurant meer, enkel panini's, tapas- en kaas-/wijnschotels.
- Onvoldoende gezonde lunch- en snackopties; de snackbar biedt tijdens de zomer te weinig keuze (bv. geen salades of ijsjes).
- Weinig goede restaurants in de directe omgeving, waardoor een auto eigenlijk noodzakelijk is.
- Indruk dat efficiëntie en personeelsbesparing soms belangrijker zijn dan de gastenervaring.
