The free breakfast: good choice of savoury and sweet, even if they make it complicated as you have to use your own tongue which gets messy.

The room with a wall view and the receptionist lying about not having other rooms available when the website stated otherwise.
The tiny bed linen that made us sleep on a bare mattress.
