リーズナブルで駅などへの利便性が良かったです
Pros:

清潔で、京都駅まで徒歩10分弱と近く、静かな住宅街にありながら近くに東本願寺もあり散歩でも楽しめました。東本願寺前の市民緑地広場は3月は桜が満開で土曜日はフリマのような市も開催されていてロケーションはとても良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の窓を開けるとすぐ隣家でホテルからの景色は楽しめませんでした。

La stanza non si poteva oscurare in nessun modo e al mattino il sole entrava dalla finestra disturbando il sonno. Inoltre mancava il wc stile giapponese

Nicely located about 15 min walk from Kyoto station and 2 convenience stores right around the corner.

Cons:

We didn't get amenities refreshed and the hotel looked a bit shabby... I stayed here 4 years ago and remember it being a very lovely and comfortable stay but in the meantime it has gotten quite run down, flickering light in the lobby, moldy wallpaper, dirty bathroom tiles and curtains.

京都駅近なのでよい
Pros:

立地を考えると割安感があったので予約しました。
清潔だった。
チェックインが遅くなるが快く受け入れてくれた。
顧客対応は満足

良かったです！
Pros:

立地がかなり良いと思う。京都駅から徒歩10分くらいで利便性が良いのに住宅街にあるので、夜はちゃんと静かで過ごしやすい。
料金が安いので、アメニティは歯ブラシ、タオルのみ。個人的には化粧水等は持込むので常備されず部屋代が格安なのが◎。

Cons:

空気清浄機かは小さめでもあった方が良いとは思ったのと、シャワーをかけるところや、部屋の机に液だれみたいなものがあったのでもう少し清掃をされてると良いかと。

イレギュラーなチェックインの連絡をしたにも関わらず電話口のスタッフの対応も悪く、チェックインの際はアメニティの案内もなく、歯ブラシのみだった。冷蔵庫の中も異臭がし、障子は黒カビが生えており、シャワーヘッドホルダーの掃除も行き届いていなかった。寝具だけは普通だった。まだ室内が明るかったので夜は過ごせた。
