Great hotel, lovely staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel, all the mod cons and very helpful staff. Linda organised a lovely 3 day 2 night boat trip around Lan Ha bay, which was great!

Pros:

Je ne peux que vous recommander cet hôtel ! Arrivée très tôt le matin, ma chambre était déjà prête sans frais supplémentaires, avec le petit déjeuner offert ! La propreté la terrasse mais surtout la gentillesse du personnel et de Linda ! Je n’ai pas eu à me soucier de quoique ce soit ! Elle m’a organisé ma croisière de deux jours sur la baie, mon bus pour ma nouvelle destination ! Encore un énorme merci

Cons:

La montée pour arriver à l’hôtel qui est assez sport mais une fois arrivé tout est oublié !

It was cheap

Cons:

It was only superficially clean. When I lifted the sheets the mattress and pillows were moldy. We requested a room change and the next room was better but still had a bit of mold under the covers. Also found a giant dead cockroach the first morning

Hotel correct qualite prix pour un court sejour! 😊
Pros:

Le personnel de l accueil très gentil et accueillant, la chambre était mignonne, de quoi ranger ses affaires, lit confortable, wifi ok , tv dans la chambre qui comme dans beaucoup d hôtel ne fonctionne pas, pourquoi en mettre une🤔, y en a pas y en a pas, on vient pas pour la tv !
Pas proche du centre et route qui grimpe mais facile a pied le soir d aller au resto!
Petit déjeuner correct plats sales et pancakes gâteaux toast confiture, le cafe et juste pas très bon et le jus de fruit coupé a l eau!
Hôtel correct qualité prix pour un court séjour!

Cons:

Portes des chambres très bruyantes et personnel des chambres au travail des 7h !(bruit tôt quand on veut se reposer un peu )
La salle du petit déjeuner mal agencé, on a pas envie d y trainer trop longtemps (après fin a9h)…et employés qui attendent sur le cote pour débarrasser ce qui est un peu gênant!

Pros:

Pretty good location and good value for money. The rooftop terrace was amazing to sit at night, very breezy with beautiful view.

Cons:

It’s not the cleanest, you can tell they tried to clean but there are a lot of spots that did not appear clean. Some of the rooms just straight up smell like pee somehow.
