We couldn’t get out of there quick enough.
Cons:

There were no bath towels available. Front reception blamed the weather. There was mould over most of the bathroom bench. The dining room was not clean. The restrooms near dining room was not presentable ( sanitary)

Did not meet expetations
Pros:

Emma was very sweet and helpful. She booked us a great tour of Lan Ha Bay.

Cons:

The room was not clean and the furnishing had long seen better days. There was mold in the bathroom, toilet didn't flush properly and we found a large cockroach there The window blinds were broken as was the bedside lamp. The hotel was very noisy and we were near the stairwell with a badly fitted door so could here everything. It was cheap but have stayed at similar accommodation without these issues.

Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Chefin und Rezeptionistin waren sehr freundlich. Lage war gut auch wenn etwas am Berg. Aussicht war gut wenn auch nicht ganz wie auf dem Bild, da dort Gebäude gebaut werden. Dusche funktionierte gut. Geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Cons:

Teuerer Transport am Abend nach 18 Uhr auf die Insel. Vom Hotel organisierter VIP Transport war schlussendlich ein schäbiger Minibus der ununterbrochen piepste, obwohl ich das ausdrücklich kein Minibus wollte.
