Pros:

The staff on reception we're very helpful, giving ideas about where to visit on the island and also helping to organise taxis, boat trips, whatever you need. The breakfast was also a good selection.

Cons:

I wouldn't go as far to say 'dont like' but an improvement which would make a huge difference is a swimming pool.

Pros:

Linda est accueillante, très réactive et propose son aide pour booker des excursions et/ou des trajets (à tarif préférentiel). Le service de nettoyage du linge est rapide et efficace. L’emplacement est idéal (proche des commodités mais pas de nuisances sonores pour autant).

Cons:

La propreté des chambres et notamment de la salle de bain est à revoir à mon avis (moisissures, insectes).
Le restaurant situé au rooftop ne vaut pas le détour.

Pros:

Super friendly staff, always ready to help you organizing your travel plans or anything else. Room was super nice and relaxing, good breakfast and excelent location, center and the beach easily accesible by walking, many restaurants and market around the hotel. 100% recommended!

Good stay, friendly staff
Pros:

Staff are very friendly and helps with bus and boat trip bookings which was great 👍

I was next to the stairwell so in the morning could hear all the clammering around downstairs

Could do with some improvement to make stay better.
Pros:

- Good location. Short walk in to the main town area with lots of shops and restaurants.
- Staff were friendly and helpful on all occasions we met with them. Laundry service provided. 50k per kg.
- Nice view from rooftop.

Cons:

- You have to pay one final bill at the end which includes any tours, drinks, laundry etc. Feel it should be customer preference on what they want to do.
- Our room was never cleaned once. No bins emptied, no fresh towels etc. When we brought this to staff attention they said ‘oh sorry’ and asked us to leave a key so they could get in, we just advised since it was our last night give us new towels and bags for the bin and we would do it ourselves.
- Our shower did not fully work. The overhead hose didn’t work at all and the other hose was quite low down.
- Bathroom window did not fully close. We had at different time lots of ants in the room. No curtain or privacy on the window, we had to use plastic bags to cover it.
- Bathroom door did not close from outside so we had to leave it open every night.
- Drinks are not cold on the rooftop bar.
