Good value for short stays
Pros:

The staff were amazing! All the ladies were very nice and helpful with everything I needed. Breakfast was simple, but good. Totally worth it for one or two nights.

Cons:

The room I got wasn’t like the pictures, were a bit smaller and the window had view to a public patio, so it wasn’t possible to open it. The courtin wasn’t able to close the entire window because of the bed’s position and I wasn’t allowed to move it, so light came into the room.

Die Rezeptionistin Linda war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und vieles erklärt. Das Frühstück war auch gut!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Dinge schienen kaputt und waren deutlich verdreckt. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut, sodass wir Nachts den Strom vom Zimmer ausstellen mussten, um schlafen zu können.

A bit far, but very comfortable.
Pros:

The restaurant upstairs was pretty good, inexpensive and was a good place to get work done during off hours. The staff was very nice, very helpful, and the internet was really good here. Comfy beds, good facilities. Really good breakfast. There is also a REALLY good café just down the hill a bit, which had the best egg coffee that I've had in Vietnam and is a cute place to get work done. Also, most tours will pick you up there.

Cons:

The location was not ideal, you are a bit away from the restaurants and activities, but if you are after quiet, its good. Also, the view is not great from the room, but the view from the restaurant makes up for it. Also, its located on the top of a hill, so you have to be a walker. The bus from Ha Noi did not drop me off at the hotel, so I had to truck my stuff up the hill, this place may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Pros:

El personal es súper atento y disponible, pude disfrutar de la azotea toda para mí ya que no era temporada alta y la verdad es que trasmite mucha tranquilidad. Me recomendaron un tour de media jornada en barco con LOCAL 20 que fuer increíble, auténtico y pudimos disfrutar de la baia sin muchos cruceros al rededor.

Cons:

he tenido un inconveniente pero fueron muy atentas darme una solución. No ouedo decir nada malo.

Très bon emplacement... Les chambres sont nikel...
Mais le gros point fort c'est Linda à l'accueil elle est au top et de très bon conseil...

Pas mal pour une ou deux nuits
Pros:

- La dame de l’accueil (Linda) est particulièrement gentille
- Bon petit déjeuner
- possibilité de louer un scooter et de réserver des excursions

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre laisse vraiment à désirer : poussière à gogo, murs taché de toute sorte de choses, traces de calcaire / coulures non lavées

No limpiaron la habitación durante la estancia, a pesar de poner en la puerta el cartel solicitando la limpieza.

Très bon accueil de la part du personnel, on est tard le soir, et il fallait qu’on trouve une excursion à faire le lendemain et prendre un bus le soir pour aller à Ninh binh, l’hôtel c’est occupé de tout. Merci pour cela
