Unweit von allen möglichen Aktivitäten und Erlebnissen gelegen, bietet dieses Hotel einem normalen Reisenden einen guten
Pros:

Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam. Wir bekamen hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und tolle Hinweise zu möglichen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Wir hätten auch ein Moped vom Hotel mieten können. Wäscheservice ist auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Im Bad dürfte mal mit Chlorreiniger geputzt werden.

While the staff were friendly, the overall experience did not meet our expectations due to the issues mentioned
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and communicative both before and throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just a short walk from the main street with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations for several reasons. The reception area and the shared bathroom on the ground floor were extremely dirty - not the ideal first impression. The breakfast was disappointing, with very little variety. Most of the food was Asian dishes that were often cold, with only cold pancakes and white bread as alternative options.

During our two-night stay, the power went out six times, which was very disruptive. The bathroom also had several maintenance issues: the door would not stay closed unless it was locked, and a leaking pipe behind the bathroom left one corner of the floor constantly wet.

The hotel also advertised a restaurant and bar on the sixth floor, but both were closed for the entire duration of our stay without prior notice. In addition, the hotel promoted a cooking class and even asked whether we were interested, but later informed us that it was not available during our stay.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, frequent power outages, disappointing breakfast, and unavailable advertised facilities made our experience far below what was expected.

Cons:

1. KS thu phí gửi ô tô (100k/đêm) trong khi phần giới thiệu nói miễn phí gửi xe, và giải thích đó là miễn phí gửi xe máy. Thế có khách sạn nào thu phí gửi xe máy của khách ư? Mình phải trao đổi 1 lúc với quản lý thì mới không mất phí gửi xe.
100k không đáng là gì cả, nhưng mình biết không phải ks nào ở Cát Bà cũng có chỗ đỗ xe ô tô miễn phí cho khách, nên khi đặt phòng mình chọn tiêu chí này lên đầu vì nhà mình đi xe nhà, ở dài ngày.

2. Phòng bé, nội thất sơ sài, vòi nước tắm thì yếu trong khi vòi lavabo thì xả mạnh dễ bắn vào người nếu không để ý, bồn cầu xuống cấp.

3. Nhân viên chưa chuyên nghiệp. Đồ ăn sáng không ngon miệng, sơ sài.

Có nhiều lựa chọn khác tốt hơn ở Cát Bà, hãy check lại với ks về quyền lợi miễn phí đỗ ô tô nếu bạn cần.

We couldn’t get out of there quick enough.
Cons:

There were no bath towels available. Front reception blamed the weather. There was mould over most of the bathroom bench. The dining room was not clean. The restrooms near dining room was not presentable ( sanitary)
