Personal desagradable que nos ha hecho la estancia incómoda... sólo dan 1llave de la habitación...el campanario suena desde las 7 de la mañana cada media hora por lo que el descanso no es muy bueno

Nos hemos ido con sabor agridulce... después de varios días recorriendo Italia, teníamos 2 noches aquí. 2 habitaciones (mi marido y yo) (mi cuñada y mi sobrino), pensabamos hasta cenar en el restaurante (sabíamos que podía ser caro pero 1 una vez es una vez) y esa primera noche al estar cansados pedimos vino para la habitación y la noche siguiente pues cenabamos (ése era el plan) pero cuando decidimos acostarnos sobre las 00,30h nuestra sorpresa fue q mi sobrino se habia quedado dormido y sólo dan 1 llave...mi cuñada pegó en la puerta y lo llamó y entiendo perfectamente que en el silencio de la noche pudimos molestar PERO, estvimos sufriendo 1 hora las risas y voces de la gente del restaurante mientras fumaba y se despedían (repito 1 hora) y lo entendimos pero la reacción del dueño fue Grosera, que mi cuñada se quedó con un mal rato llorando....al día siguiente ni buenos días ni buenas tardes.....nos hemos sentido súper incómodos....por lo que ya ni cenamos ni nada de nada. A pesar de que las instalaciones son bonitas tienen un campanario que suena a las 7 de la mañana, 7,30, 8,00.... En fin no pudimos descansar aunque ellos no tienen culpa de eso. La mañana de irnos había en el desayuno 2 chicas diferentes Majísimas.... Todo hubiera sido diferente si el dueño al día siguiente hubiera hablado con nosotros ya que entendemos que pudimos molestar pero había un niño solo en la habitación y en ése momento no lo pensamos...hay muchas maneras de hacer o decir las cosas pero bueno

das Frühstück war leider ...sehr bescheiden! Als wir vor 2 Jahren hier mal übernachtet haben, war es noch recht
grosszügig. Alle TV Sendungen nur auf italienisch, keine einzige auf EN oder DE... Android TV ( oder so ähnlich)
sollte eigentlich keine "Sonderoption" heut zu Tage sein....

Pros:

The hotel is nice and cosy, with a very good location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The restaurant is excellent and the dinner was fantastic.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniam na nieudany

Wystrój jako tako

Cons:

Śniadanie bardzo ubogie. Warzywa przeleżałe i tylko ogórek i pomidor. Żadnych potraw ciepłych w bemarach tylko jajecznica na półmisku ZIMNA. Prysznic bardzo mały ledwo co się można obrócić. Booking zarezerwował 2 osoby w pokoju hotel jedna i się okazało że cena była za jedną osobę i trzeba dopłacić 94.5euro.
Kiedy chcesz wyjechać wieczorem samochodem możesz zapomnieć, bo na parking zjeżdża się cała okolica do restauracji i staje jak chce i gdzie chce. Każdy patrzy tobie na ręce, co robisz gdzie idziesz. Po co? Dokąd? Duży dyskomfort.
