Great value, good customer service. I would totally do it again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The front desk offered to give me a ride to the dodge city airport since there are little to no ride services. Great man for doing that.

I loved this place.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Super friendly staff, bed was the most comfortable one we've slept on in a hotel. We don't hear/mind road traffic and we always turn on the fan to drown out noises anyway, So it was quiet for us. Allows pets, so we had our 2 little ones with and there was a small fee. Would definitely stay here again. Cute little chair and table outside your door.

-Just a note for others traveling with pets, there were sand burrs in the surrounding lawns so check their feet after you are out with them. It was dark when I walked them and then I noticed they had a bunch on their feet. Nothing that the motel could change since the burrs are everywhere around here.

Comfortable Overall
Pros:

The room was warm and comfortable overall. The bed was really comfortable, the water was hot right away. Despite being on a busy highway and a train in the area, it was fairly quiet. Check-in and check-out
was quick, friendly and easy.

Cons:

Some would be concerned that the bathroom looked dated. We prefer vintage mid-century modern motels so no issues from our perspective. I do believe each room should provide a coffee maker, particularly if breakfast is not provided. If not that, at least coffee/tea in the lobby. A picture online was suggestive of breakfast although there was no description of it. Would recommend removing the picture.

Good Value
Pros:

The owner/manager was friendly and very efficient and helpful. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bed linens were very nice.The room was cozy and even had a small table with two chairs. The air conditioner was efficient and fairly quiet. The property is older, but everything except the bathroom floor was very clean.

Cons:

This is an older property in a small farming community. Although it is dated, our room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom floor was quite sticky and not as clean as the rest of the room. Other than that, we had no complaints.

Wasted money.

Cons:

Felt unclean. Husband’s socks felt wet after walking on carpet. Front window panes had broken glass. Poorly patched holes in bathroom and room walls. No vent in bathroom, mold in bathroom. Stain on carpet. We left. We cut our vacation short instead of staying in an uncomfortable place. Very disappointed. Not like the photos of the rooms.
