Disappointing service.

The pool was not open which was a big reason we chose the hotel in mid-August and a big disappointment for my son. The hotel reception staff were unhelpful and bordering on rude about the reason the pool was closed all day (blaming bar staff etc) A complaint was left unanswered by email. Very disappointing service.
