Très moyen sauf la piscine qui était très agréable

Le personnel est très sympa, il y a une piscine, le petit déjeuner est correct

Cons:

Les chambres sont petites. La fenètre donne sur une coursive que tout le monde peut emprunter, donc on retait volets fermés pour avoir un peu d'intimité. La télévision ne marchait pas. Le coffre fort ne marchait pas. La chambre est équipée de manière rustique. Un bon coup de rénovation serait nécessaire.

FInd a different hotel, everywhere else we stayed as had lovely customer service

The only good thing about this property was that the air conditioner filters were clean

Cons:

Arrived after 11 hrs travelling to be told restaurant closed.(7.30pm) Asked for toast and told NO go find a restaurant outside somewhere about 1klm away. Fridge didn't work asked for replacement told wait till it gets cold; asked again next morning told replacing soon . 4pm fridge supposedly replaced, still didn't work. Night manager came up to room said he would be back soon , 45 mins later 1 went down stairs he was busy playing on his phone and had no intention of coming back to give us an update. No fridge/mini bar entire stay. Telephone didn't work. Faulty fan switch. Toiletries in shower not labelled. Switch for hot water in bathroom with light switches - not labelled - had one hot shower. Floors dirty. Pillows like rocks . Staff didn't give crap .!we most probably had the worse room in the hotel . Paid more for this than anywhere else and it was AWFUL !!!! Would like a partial refund ... 1/2 the items listed didn't exist or not in our room anyway .
