I was staying somewhere else and was going to move here for the night because of the heat and they had a swimming pool and I got a very good last minute price. The best thing was they had a pool, free drinking water and very good a/c In the room. Most of the staff were friendly

Cons:

This is not a 4 star. There was the napier that I booked but when I checked in I was brought around to a different building that didn't have the heritage feel. The fridge in the room didn't work. The bed was awful so so uncomfortable I ended up not sleeping there. I just used the pool for the day/ night and left. There were no facilities to speak of it was a huge issue trying to get a can of 7up I thought being at a 4 star hotel I could get a drink easily. The grounds needs serious work cleaning tidying very unkept and plenty of staff around who could do a bit of work.

Overall, it was an okay stay, but I expected a bit more based on the listing.
Pros:

The staff was very kind, welcoming, and always happy to give helpful advice, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The reality felt somewhat different from the photos online, and the overall atmosphere was more austere than expected, which made it less charming than I had imagined. The pool area, located next to the parking lot, was also not the most relaxing spot.

NEVER BOOK THIS STAY IF YOU WANT PEACE

Cons:

Worst experience and never worth the money. Had the worst service experience from the staff. We received some other rooms other than the booked ones claimed to be an upgrade, but which turned out to be utter disappointment. It is mentioned in the booking sites that pool is open but once we reached there, they started telling new conditions and time restrictions. Staff respond with clear arrogance and has no regrets for their faults which spoiled our stay there. No toiletries were provided in the rooms. Rooms were very very average, with the bathroom doors not working.

The check out time intimated through mail was 11.30 AM, however they did cut the water connection at 11.00 AM and despite repeated reminders, they never cared to apologise or make the water connection ready. We waited for over 1 hour without water in the washrooms and all they did was respond with arrogance. Moreover, they even called after we left the hotel asking for more payment when all the amount was predeposited.

Never book this stay if you want a calm and peaceful stay. Average rooms and they ever reaches the standard of even a 2 star hotel. They do not even listen to your requests and complaints and behaves in the most arrogant way. A horrible place where even the basic water connection was cut off spoiling our complete mental peace.
