The The hotel owner should know about their hotel staff and how they should manage while someone booking the hotel got confirmation then called the property then the receptionist said yes booking confirmed,then again called back saying the hotel was filled.ha ha and booking.com should check and verify the property really follows the rules or not if not removed from the partnership.
