Pros:

At time of check in one staff collected number for check in , that guy was calling and texting on whatapp unnecessarily. He told me he is manager calling for guest relation.. black skinned short man.. twice come to room and asked for any help with bad impression.. mid night after he drunk called many times.. asked for photo... Family or anyone pls don't book the rooms .. already i had given police complaint.. he introduced his name as abhilash he told me he one of the manger... Very bad experience..

They do not respect arrival times of more than one hour we are waiting, also the hotel full of police officers around 25 police who ask questions when we go out

Excellent and memorable stay,
Pros:

Excellent hotel. good location with metro transport and Bus facilities nearby. Good food and service.
Excellent SPA.

Pros:

One of the rooms was big and the AC was functioning well.

Cons:

We were allocated 2 rooms. One of the rooms was good but in the other room the AC was not functioning. We got a replacement room but that one was smaller and there was no natural light. On the first day there was a foul smell in the corridors.

Toilet, bathrooms are very dirty. Worst place is restaurant hand washing area. I couldn’t understand how you got 4 STAR? Advertising in web side is misleading the customers.
