bit far from beach ..
Le personnel ne parle pas un mot d anglais meme pas les mots clefs de l hôtellerie.
Hôtel vieillissant besoin de rafraîchissement tout est déglingué.
Il y a une télé dans la chambre qui ne sert à rien elle n' est connectée à rien .
Il n' y a absolument rien autour de l hôtel .

I checked out on the 25th in the morning and they charged me for 4 nights saying you took the money when i paid the hotel directly upon checking in. You may have known if you followed up with how was your checkin.
It is very remote so nowhere to go and nothing to do. It rains a lot in that area and its big rain
It is very expensive in high season and even at low season rate
Dinner and breakfast was soso.
The room is spacious and very fashionable over functionable. There is an armchair but no light near it so cannot read. The windows do not open at all. The balcony only has a big uncomfortable lounger and no table and chairs. There is no coffee maker or mini fridge
Having said this the location would be spectacular in good weather for a short stay

Tout était parfait. Le lieu est magique, le personnel est extraordinairement attentionné. Nous avons eu la chambre Monkey Rancho qui était juste magnifique. La vue, la tranquillité, la nature, la privacité. Le lieu dispose de tout ce dont on peut rêver pour un séjour parfait. Chaque détail est bien pensé, pratique et esthétique. La plage est petite mais le club est assez grand. Lieu idéal pour le snorkeling(attention prévoir des chaussures car il y a beaucoup de corails avec des oursins).
Rien. Tout était parfait. Peut-être le fait qu’il y avait pas mal de plastiques sur la plage. Même si la plage n’appartient techniquement pas au domaine je pense que cela serait une valeur ajoutée et un bon geste environnemental de débarrasser les détritus qui s’y accumulent. Nous l’avons fait au sortir de l’eau en 5min on peut déjà en enlever pas mal.

Normalerweise leisten wir uns nicht solche Unterkünfte, diesmal wollten wir das aber und es war traumhaft. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Unser Zimmer hatte so eine tolle Aussicht, wir konnten so viele Tiere beobachten und haben die Zeit sehr genossen!
The hotel was in one of the most beautiful locations. Everything about it was top notch, from the views to the swimming pool, and restaurant. The hotel escorts you down to your private beach. If you like wildlife, you'll see several types of monkeys, lizards, and birds. I highly recommend this hotel!
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Staff went above and beyond! Food was excellent. Rooms were lovely. Wonderful marine ecosystem with mangroves, seagrass and fab reef.

The owner and all the staff were very friendly with us and our puppy. The view is stunning from both rooms and restaurant area.
Poor mantainance: the pools and jacuzzi were dirty in both main house and in the beach club, with exposed rusted nails and wood polish fallen apart; a/c in our room (ranchito mono) wasn’t cooling even if it was correclty set on cool mode on the remote and at minimum temperature, we didn’t make a fuss of it cuz we do not sleep with a/c on, but a/c is indeed necessary cuz the room has almost no ventilation since you can’t open the windows and the air in the room gets very humid and stuffy.
Terrible and expensive cocktails: if you charge 14$ for an aperol spritz I expect it to taste like one, instead they added some sort of very artificial fruity syrup completely affecting the taste. We had no hand soap in the bathroom so each time we wanted to wash our hands had to go to the shower and use some shower gel.
Average food: I appreciate the effort in looking gourmet but they are really still not there. The omelette was very undercooked and watery and the tuna way way way too salty, won’t comment about the match of shrimp ravioli with a cream based gravy (seafood and dairy, seriously?)
Conclusion: very bad value for the money. We paied almost 250$/night with genius status discount, original price was almost 350$/night which is 5 star luxury hotel price in Panama but without 5 star hotel quality. We live in Panama but won’t go back.
A pleasant stay in the middle of lush greenery with a view of the Caribbean Sea, a true little paradise.
Warm and very helpful welcome. Many tips on activities to do in the surroundings and even recommendations for places/restaurants in Panama City. My last words will be for the catering, delicious and colorful, a real pleasure.

The road to the property is very rugged for the last 8 kilometers
View is phenomenal (you can’t get enough) and the infinity pool is nice. All the staff is truly great and kind! It’s a very remote place so good place to disconnect.
Price of the restaurant is really outrageous. Although it is decently prepared and fresh, it does not warrant such prices. Between $36-$45 for entres. There is no other option so we were stuck with the restaurant for lunch and dinner. For example they were able to accommodate for our kids 2 fish filets with no dressing for a dinner and charged us $72. This is just not acceptable.
Rooms should be cleaned with a vacuum everyday.
Price of activities are too expensive. $60/person for a 15m boat ride (tiny boat) to an island to stay couple of hours.
We stayed 3 nights and the last day our room floor was very dirty (since we went to the beach) since they don’t clean the floor. We were not very confortable.
Overall the hotel is not very well managed: our bathroom smelled really bad (came from the toilet). We found 3 screws in the pool stairs (kind of dangerous with kids). You don’t sign a bill after a meal and you end up with inaccurate charges at checkout. The private beach is dirty (beer caps..) and should really be taken care of.
This hotel is one of the best hotel in Panama.
