If you’re searching for something alternative and if you’re bored of your regular 4 or 5 star hotels that all look the same across the world, go for this beautiful, well decorated, welcoming and charming place. Loved the room with bathtub inside, enjoyed the Pho Bo for breakfast and thanks to the friendly staff. I’ll certainly be back!
We, from Malaysia had an awesome stay at Banla Boutique Hotel.
Location - Very near Tao Tàc Church and to the walkable to a nice Bbq place.
Hotel - Aesthetically pleasing with wood and artistic design. There are 2 lifts and steps so you can choose, just be mindful of the steps. Perhaps brighter lighting would be good especially during walking up and down the steps.
Rooms - Very cozy, a little small but no issue for us. I loved the design. Comfortable beds. We chose the room with balcony. It can be a little noisy if the balcony door is open, but it has a good view of the church and the buzzling streets. Do choose rooms without balcony if you prefer quieter environment.
Breakfast - There are a list of 11 to choose for each day. I personally liked the Banh Mi Xiu Mai, Banla Breakfast, Beef Pho, and Macaroni.
Hospitality - Loved the attentiveness of the staff. They are helpful and friendly.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. I loved the scents used too.

Leaking bathtub and a the room is a bit cold without a heater but they brought us extra blanket.
The room is quite small comparing to the price but the service and staff made it absolutely worthy to stay here. The breakfast was good to, there are a lot of options from Western to Vietnamese food 👍.

Breakfast portion was very filling, the dining area was quiet and cozy. Room was a bit small but very clean and aesthetic. Love that the staff quickly cleaned our ream while we were having breakfast to optimize everything. Staffs were nice, soft-spoken, and attentive. A big plus is the scent here, unique & elegant. Will definitely come back!
