Ở trung tâm, gần với tất cả mọi nơi, đi đâu cũng tiện. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, cho mình nhận phòng sớm và trả phòng trễ mà ko tính thêm phí, làm giấy tờ thủ tục nhanh

Pros:

Lễ Tân lễ phép, nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng

Cons:

Giường, nệm, chăn, gối dơ, bụi, cả nhà nằm đều bị ngứa, dưới nệm có rận, tổng 2 đêm bắt được 9 con rận.
Đã phản ánh với Lễ tân, yêu cầu dọn dẹp, xịt côn trùng, thay mới chăn, drap, gối, nệm vì dơ, nằm ngứa. Nhưng buồn phòng không thay.
Trong tủ mát ngoài 4 chai nước suối thì chỉ có 1 lon bò húc, 1 coca. Nhưng khi trả phòng thì báo là có 2 lon coca, thiếu 1 lon nên bị tính tiền.

minh thik chỗ này...vi tri thuan loi di chuyên..nhan vien rất ok..noi chuyen nhỏ nhẹ dễ thg.phong ốc còn moi..nuoc nóng ok.

Cons:

phòng minh chỉ thiếu 1 chi tiet nhỏ KHÔNG ĐÁNG KỂ là guong soi trang điểm thôi. moi lan trang điem phải chờ ng trg nhà vs ra😅😅
