Pros:

giường rộng, phòng sạch sẽ, có thể xin nhận phòng sớm hơn thời gian quy định, nhân viên nhiệt tình

Cons:

Khá ngạc nhiên vì giá để trên booking rất cao, tận 3,4 triệu/đêm rồi giảm giá còn hơn 400k/đêm. Mình đã hỏi nhân viên ks giá thật bán thì họ xác nhận chỉ giá tầm 500k, giảm giá tí cho khách thì còn cỡ 420k. Mình thấy giá này hợp lý với phòng chứ giá để vài triệu là vô lý, chưa hiểu vì sao Booking.com nâng giá niêm yết trên trang quá cao, phi thực tế, gây hiểu lầm cho khách.
Phòng không có máy lạnh, không có cửa sổ thông gió nên phải mở cửa sổ trên cao, cách âm kém, bên ngoài hành lang ồn ào vào một số khung giờ sáng sớm và tối.
Trang thiết bị trong phòng cơ bản không đầy đủ như mô tả trên trang web lắm, không có máy điều hòa, máy pha trà, máy lọc không khí...... có cái quạt công nghiệp quá ồn, vì lực gió mạnh nên không thể bật ngủ.
