One of the best stay in Sa Pa.
Pros:

The location is great. Can see the rice terrace without too far away from the city center.

Cons:

Due to full of wooden wall,the smells is not good.

Pros:

The size of the room that we stayed in was great. The views were amazing, once the clouds cleared and the staff were very good.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had a very strong smell of mould to the point that when we arrived at our next accommodation we had to wash everything as the smell on them was so bad.

It’s okay
Pros:

Very spacious rooms and great views! The value for money was excellent

Cons:

The whole building has some serious mold issues. You can see it from everywhere in the building. Although you can’t see it in the room, the smell of mold is very strong.

We also had a ln unpleasant situation. We rented a bike from them and we made it clear that we want to hike for the whole time we were there, but one day coming back to the accommodation, we crossed path with the guy who works there and he’s been to our room searching for the bike key and he said that he didn’t know that we wanted to keep the bike.
The key was not obvious so he had to search through our stuff to find, which was not nice at all

Spacious comfortable room
Pros:

The people were friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and had a lovely
view out over the rice fields. We had 2 days of thick fog so the good WiFi saved us and allowed us to watch movies in the enormous bed.

Cons:

The location of the property is a bit strange, it’s on the side of a main road which, like most of the area of Sa Pa, is under a lot of construction, so walking on the road feels a bit treacherous and the surroundings aren’t very nice. Taxi into Sa Pa town is around 20 mins.

Pros:

Nice location (about a 10min drive out of the centre) and a stunning view of rice fields. Dung is lovely

Cons:

The room had a very strong wood smell. Presuming it is because the hotel is relatively new. However would be nice if rooms were given a chance to air out

Beautiful and Heartwarming Stay With Stunning Views
Pros:

What a gem of a place! The rooms are beautifully decorated with tons of storage space and artful wooden walls and furniture. The view from the balcony is awe-inspiring, especially at sunrise/sunset. Our host was so welcoming and sweet. She allowed us to check in early which was helpful, and made sure we were always comfortable and well taken care of. We were so cozy and could have stayed more than 5 days. The breakfast omelette and pho was delicious and we were often petting the kittens.

Cons:

Only slight inconvenience was that the shower didn’t always have hot water, and the room didn’t have a bathtub despite the listing, but none of these really mattered to us with the quality of the room and service

למי שהגיע לסאפה בשביל הנוף והשקט- זה המקום
Pros:

מקום מקסים! עם הרבה השקעה בכל פרט. היינו בחדר משפחה שהיה מאובזר ונוח.
הנוף מדהים! יש מרפסת גדולה. יש בריכה מהממת שמשקיפה על כל הנוף.

Cons:

היה מצויין. אהבנו הכל. מי שרוצה להיות בתוך סאפה, זה מרחק של עשר דקות נסיעה אבל מי שמחפש מקום שקט יותר ולא רוצה חהיות בתוך העיר- זה המקום בשבילו

Pros:

La vue est incroyable. Les chambres sont belles et très propres.
Le déjeuner était bien. Nous avons soupé une fois, le prix était raisonnable et c’était réellement excellent. Les portions étaient immenses.

Cons:

Nous le savions, mais c’est certain que c’est un peu plus éloigné. Par contre il est facile de trouver un chauffeur qui s’occupe de nos trajets pour la journée au complet et le prix est raisonnable. Nous avons eu des personnes qui nous ont offert un excellent service (comme la propriétaire) mais aussi d’autres qui étaient juste correct (moins souriants, moins proactifs)
