Lovely room with clean and comfortable facilities. Ran by a wonderful family
Pros:

Every member of staff I met at the hotel was lovely! The hotel is located amongst many shops and restaurants, around a 15 minute walk to the main square. The room was spacious and I was supplied with lots of toiletries. There was very little noise at night time which was ideal for a good nights rest. The bed was comfy and the room was clean

Friendly family run hotel with cosy rooms in a great location.
Pros:

Really friendly family run hotel, always greeted with a hello. Very cosy room with a comfortable bed, good AC and a nice shower. In a great location also. Great value for money.

Cons:

There was the odd smell of urine that came from the bathroom which then made its way into the room. We also had very noisy people in the room next to us the night before they checked out, I’m pretty sure I heard the owner knock on their door and I heard a girl say “they’re just leaving”, so I’m assuming they had guests in. The noise continued and I had to message the owner on WhatsApp, which she replied right away and went to speak with them again. However, the noise continued and I messaged the owner again, but she fell asleep. No fault of the owner but the walls are thin and you can hear a lot from the room next to you, so it would have been nice to get this resolved since this was from 11pm to 1am and we were trying to sleep.

Pros:

Increíble la amabilidad de la señora, super amable por la noche me dejaba un candado profesional para asegurar mi bici, está bien ubicación.

Cons:

La primera noche creo que me picaron muchos mosquitos, tendría que comprar una lámpara antimosquitos o ambientador, creo que es por la humedad del segundo piso, después me cambio a la 5 planta y ningún problema

Good for one night
Pros:

It is a good price and the hotel room is clean and has the enough space, bottles of water and a good shower room.

Cons:

I didn´t like the noise. There is a karaoke next to the hotel building and the smell of cigarettes that filtered through my room.

Great value
Pros:

Excellent location close to the bus stop. We were able to check in at 2am and check out at 12pm so we were able to get a full nights sleep. The room was very clean and comfortable. Really good value for money we would stay again if we were in Sapa.

Nothing, everything was good.

Lovely stay with great hosts
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay here! The owners/staff are so friendly and helpful. I unfortunately wasn’t very well during my stay and they made sure I was ok and had what I needed, I really appreciated it. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Really great value for money and walkable distance into the centre.

La señora que cuida el lugar me salvo la vida literalmente cuando me enferme, fue muy dulce, calida y amora en ayudarme cuando pedi ayuda. Solo estoy muy agradecida hacia ella.
