Mình thấy kỳ nghỉ của mình trọn vẹn
Pros:

Mình cảm thấy khách sạn rất tiện lợi về vị trí gần bến xe nên mình không cần book thêm xe nữa, phòng ốc ở đây rộng rãi mình đi 2 người ở vô tư thoải mái luôn ở sảnh lễ tân còn có cả đồ đặc sản Tây Bắc nên là mình mua được mang về làm quà luôn rất tiện lợi nha

Cons:

We arrived at 2am to check in after a long ride and the room wasn’t ready. They slept in the lobby and told us to wait 10 minutes so they could clean the room. At the end we waited 40 minutes. We went to the room and it was smelly, all the toilet covered with water, hair in the sink. Very disappointed.
