The room was clean, great location and good laundry service
Comfortable stay in a central location. Room had everything we needed and was clean and cosy.
We booked based on a review where someone could check in early after a sleeper bus, and we were thankful that we were able to do the same.

5 min walk from night market.
The location was really good- just a short walk from the lake. We hired a bike to go to a few places further afield and the hotel kept it safe overnight.
The room is small, but fine for a couple of days and perfectly clean.
The lady on reception was so polite and very helpful on checking in. There is a coffee shop in the reception we noted, but didn’t actually use it but it looked nice!
We booked a standard king room and it is advertised as having aircon, however it only had a fan. We didn’t mention anything as thankfully it was cool enough at night for it not to matter. It didn’t have an opening window either, which would have been really helpful given it didn’t have aircon as it sometimes felt and smelt a little fusty.
I liked the city and the location. I liked that I had a balcony.
Unfortunately upon arrival we let staff know that the air conditioner did not seem to work. They said it would get better but it never did. It is set up to where there is a very small hole in the ceiling that air is meant to come in and cool a large room on the very top floor of the building. Even though it is a cooler city, it gets very hot in the room. There is not actually air conditioning. It is too loud outside to open windows and that only helps cool it down so much anyway. Also we let staff know the shower drain was clogged but he said it couldn't be fixed until the next day. Thst meant no shower because it would flood the entire bathroom. Then we were doubly punished because staff banged loudly on pipes early in the morning to fix the clogged drain which woke us up. It seems our comfort is not considered. Also the water in the shower does not get hot, only warm. It has potential, but no hot water or air conditioning is a problem.

Lovely staff, we arrived 6am and for a small fee could check in immediately. Bed was super comfi, had a little fridge, hairdryer, kettle etc. Everything you need!
Shower didn’t get hot.
