The Wi Fi "isn't guaranteed to be in the room. Try going outside or to the lobby."
There was a single bottle (12 oz ) of potable water in whole room. A room for 3 persons. There was an Electric kettle but no place to plug it in; there were only two outlets, and they were next to the door, far from bed or table. No information provided at check in with english speaker about water situation, room was at a far distance from lobby, e.g. weak signal, there was a lack of outlets. Room was dark with poor lighting, staff I interacted with didn't speak English. Staff didn't understand request to provide an extension cord, and they brought only a single one. Instant coffee only onsite, not an easy transit. There seemed to be alot of older people who were staying there along time, and maybe they enjoy it more. I saw one carrying gallons of water to her room. It is not a good transiting hotel, and directions to it were hard to understand, the street it's off of is only 1 lane wide.

Pros:

Comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Very clean however the smell of bleach was quite overwhelming. Really good shopping nearby and restaurants were really good too. Overall a comfortable stay.

Good value lovely resort
Pros:

Old world charm, beautiful balinese friendliness. Great brekkies, comfy beds good telly and aircon was 8/10. Good value for money.

Cons:

Too many mozzies however lots of garden area. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. We had a bad stench coming from bathroom drain which was attended to but was very slowly reoccurring,probably from alot of wet days.

Beautiful Rooms.
Pros:

Our room was stunning. Absolutely beautiful. The staff were lovely & very helpful. The whole hotel is beautifully laid out.

Cons:

The mosquitos in the garden were the only set back, but I understand that this is normal during the wet season.

Good location and nice restaurants up the lane way. Stayed there 3 nights and would def consider staying there again

Warte swojej ceny, polecam.
Pros:

Świetne miejsce. Podczas ostatniej podrozy do Indonezji i Australi, spalem w tym miejscu trzykrotnie. Absolutnie przemiła obsluga. Basen do dyspozycji, nawet po check out, gdy sie czeka na samolot. Gdybym kiedys polecial na Bali, to z pewnoscia zajrze do tego hotelu.

Good, central location to everything in Sanur.
Pros:

Bungalows by the pool, the gardens, proximity to the beach.

Cons:

Despite name of resist “Bungalows” my accommodation was in a two storey building. I would have enjoyed myself much more having a bungalow by the pool.
