Friendly staff, good size beds, close to Sanur shops, Quiet location
Pros:

There was one pool which was divided up into 3 sections, the spa pool was no working,
The beds were a good size and comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet which was fantastic.
We chose not to eat here but the staff were very helpful and friendly, always umbrellas to hand when going out if it was raining.
When we requested hangers for our clothes they were quickly sorted.
There was a central area to relax in which had books, a few tables and was covered
We ate close by at Lilla, Olivers, Retro Kitchen and The Three Monkeys, all places provided great food and service.

Cons:

I had a great massage from the ladies there is was a shame the room was very basic.
possibly more tea and coffee, but when requested, they were provided.

自然豊かで静か。部屋が広く、トイレシャワールームも広々。

Cons:

自然豊かなので蚊がとても多く刺されまくり。部屋が暗いので24時間電気が必須。暗いのでかび臭い。色んな生き物が部屋に入ってくる

We like the location, the staff and the hotel's tranquility.

Cons:

Even though most of the rooms have been renovated, the bed linen, towels and mattresses are tired and over used. Replacing them would make a noticeable improvement.

schöner großer Pool. Super gute Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Wäre schön, wenn die Zimmertüren teilweise erneuert würden. Dann wäre der erste Eindruck positiver.
