Bon sejour chambre spacieuse avec baignoire. Lit rond.
Petit dejeuner léger 1 seul plat proposé et café ou thé, on aurait aimé des fruits surtout au pays de la fraise.
Insonorisation exterieure faible et rideaux laissant passer lumière extérieure.
Attention pas de piscine seulement un bassin vide avec des cailloux, car j ai vu qu il etait mentionné chambre avec vue piscine.
Proximité ville et lac à 15mn à pied.
The interior design is really good. Hot water was really hot.
The room (triple room with terrace and garden view) that I booked was not available. They replaced it first with a small room with the window facing the wall and then when I refused to stay there they made me wait for 40 minutes to find a solution and proposed to stay in 2 small rooms or to cancel the booking without penalty.
In the room walls were very dirty. Just 2 electrical outlets in the room. There is mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. The window is broken. There is no insect repellant at the hotel but a lot of mosquitos. Only one Vietnamese chicken soup got breakfast and the breakfast was included in the price. The stuff doesn’t speak English at all. Their attitude is nice but really useless.
Very nice staff, very helpful, they do nit speak English well, but we used smartphone translation.

the toilet seat was broken and the curtains covering the bathroom were broken at the end. breakfast was okay. could have been better for sure.
