Great location and price, but local hostels overtake in terms of value
Pros:

Location, price and room size

Cons:

Only 30 seconds of hot water, did not feel very secure, bed was incredibly firm, but comfortable enough

Staff don’t speak English, don’t recommend to rent motorbike here

Had hot water and good water pressure.

Not helpful staff, no aircon in the room.

Good position and good value for money

Cons:

Nobody speaks english and sometimes it was a bit challenging to understand each other, but the staff was very polite and nice.
The second day there was no hot water.

Because of the cheap price, I do recommend coming to the place for a few days.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff wanted to be helpful in everything. Located a few minutes walk from main lake. There is a laundry services

Cons:

There are no air conditioners in the rooms, it didn't bother me much during my stay because of the cold weather. There are no do not disturb signs, so the staff knocks and sometimes enters the room in the morning.

The beds are a little hard.
