No really good
Pros:

The staff was friendly and kind.

Cons:

The standard room was so dark and very old, it looked creepy. The room I booked had no window, no light in the bathroom, and no cold water. I want to change the room, but there’s no same type of room, so I have to upgrade with a fee. The new room was better, but it was still dirty. Especially the bed😕

Sạch sẽ và rộng rãi, phòng và khách sạn thơm

Cons:

Do vào buổi tối nhiệt độ khá lạnh còn chăn của khách sạn khá mỏng nên hơi lạnh, tôi có liên hệ lễ tân để mượn thêm chăn nhưng khách sạn không có chăn dự phòng để cho khách mượn thêm thế là phải chấp nhận ngủ lạnh như thế, tôi thấy khách sạn lớn như thế mà lại không có chăn dự phòng thì thật thiếu sót.

Cons:

Lễ Tân nói chuyện cộc cằn thô lỗ (lúc sáng ngày 1/2/2026 mình có hỏi vài câu về khách sạn)
Chiều check in thì lên phòng không có nước, mình tẩy trang mặt mũi, chuẩn bị đồ áo để tắm, vào thì không có nước, nhưng quan trọng ở đây là khách sạn không báo cho khách, xuống hỏi nước bị sao thì nói là hư, hỏi khi nào có thì nói là không biết, máu cứ sôi sùm sụn.
Máy tivi thì k mở được, tủ lạnh thì k có điện mở ra thì nghe mùi hôi, có hỏi lễ tân lên mở tivi dùm thì lễ tân nói lên mở, mà khi lên mở k được nói để liên hệ kỉ thuật nhưng đến ngày về cũng vậy à..cũng k thấy kỉ thuật đâu..cũng k nghe nói năn gì...
