Personal war bemüht da der Schlüssel klemmte

Ein Schlüssel wo zur Zimmertür besser passt wäre optimal das die Tür leicht grschlossen oder geöffnet weden kann

Cons:

We were a group of 4 friends. Room was small so we were very packed in there. No air-conditioning. Very small balcony. Very small facilities (shared showers and toilets). Bedding smelled of cigarete smoke

Das Frühstück war gut. Das Buffet wurde regelmässig aufgefüllt. Leider versteht das Servicepersonal kein Deutsch, als wir unser Problem mit dem Köfferli und der Treppe angebracht haben.

Cons:

Der Zugang von der Hauptstrasse geht über eine Treppe mit hohen Stufen. Für Senioren auch nur mit einem kleinen Koffer nicht zu schaffen. An der Reception war niemand für Hilfe, nur über eine Tel.Nr. hätte man vielleicht jemanden erreicht. Da bei der Abreise das Personal auch nicht bereit war, uns das Köfferli auf die Hauptstrasse runter zu tragen, wäre sicher am Anreisetag auch niemand gekommen, uns das Köfferli rauf zu tragen. Am Abreisetag hat man uns mit dem Köfferli zum Hintereingang geschickt, wo wir jedoch unser Köfferli eine Treppe rauf zum Ausgang schleppen mussten!
Nachdem wir das Zimmer bezogen hatten, haben wir uns hingelegt. Plötzlich manipulierte eine fremde Person mit eben dem gleich nummerierten Schlüssen an der Türe und kam herein. Das Schloss hat nur einen normalen Schlüssel, keinen Kaba-Schlüssel oder Karte, also für jedermann zugänglich!
Auch waren wir sehr erstaunt, dass es heute noch Hotels gibt, die kein TV-Gerät im Zimmer anbieten!

Pros:

Am morgen wurde uns das Frühstück spontan 30 Min früher serviert, weil wegen Wetter und Wanderung auf ein frühes Postauto mussten.

Cons:

Von draussen her störte Lärm den Schlaf. Die Sauberkeit ist gerade okay.

Keine Ansprechpartner und sehr in die Jahre gekommen
Cons:

Wir sind um 17:00h zu viert angekommen und die Rezeption war nicht belegt. Der Schlüssel für uns war nicht erkenntlich hinterlegt. Es war eine Telefonnummer verfügbar. Das Personal verstand allerdings weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Mit einigen SMS bekamen wir nach mehr als 1h die Schlüssel

Il prezzo è (quasi) imbattibile a Scuol

Cons:

Hotel vetusto è dire poco . Per aprire e chiudere la stanza con la chiave bisognava avere pazienza e trovare l'angolazione giusta. Cabina bagno in stanza con moquette. 🤔
Per una notte e via va bene perché è pulito.

Die zentrale Lage ist vorteilhaft.
Das Frühstück mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist stark renovationsbedürftig.
Der alte, dicke Teppich ist nicht appetitlich, die Möbel abgenutzt.
Der Schlüssel aus den fünfziger Jahren passt erst nach mehreren Versuchen ins Schloss und bietet keine Sicherheit.
Eine Kontaktperson ist per Telefon nicht erreichbar, die Rezeption nicht besetzt.
Die Bilder des Angebots entsprechen nicht der Realität.
Schade um das von aussen sehr ansprechende Hotel!
