Pros:

Comfortable room with a nice mountain view, attentive staff, always ready to help. Great atmosphere of Engadin, friendly ski slopes, relaxing thermal bath.

Sehr schöne, erholsame Ferientage zum Weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet top. Nahe zum Bad.

Cons:

Beim Schlafsofa eine dickere Matratze. War sehr eng für ein 17 und 19 Jähriger.
Mehr Holz Ausstattung.

Très agréable, mais ça ne vaut pas le prix!
Pros:

Les bains publics juste en bas de l'hôtel
Le chauffage au sol dans la salle d'eau
Les différents restaurants accessibles à pieds autour de l'hôtel

Cons:

Le manque de volonté flagrant de certains membres du personnel à ne pas vouloir parler une autre langue que le Suisse allemand, ne serait-ce que pour répondre à un bonjour formulé aussi bien que possible en Suisse allemand.

sehr gut ist das man direkten zugang zur bäderlandschaft hat
das der zutritt ins bad für den anreise wie auch für den abreise tag ist

Cons:

was wirklich zu bemängeln ist, ist das bett
eine normale matratze ist wünschenswert, schliesslich soll man sich auch im schlaf erholen können

Sehr freundlich und aufmerksamer Service. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und erholsamen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Wir wurden vom Bahnhof abgeholt und freundlich begrüsst. Das Zimmer war konfortabel, die Betten sehr bequem und alles sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab alles und der Service war aufmerksam. Pflanzliche Milch wurde sofort gebracht und es gab zu jeder Zeit frische Früchte, Gemüse und sehr feines Brot. Auch für Buchungen im Wellnessbereich und die Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks wurden wir sehr freundlich beraten. Es hat alles wunderbar geklapppt und wir haben uns sehr erholt.

Mir fällt nichts ein.

В номере есть халат и тапочки, в которых можно прямо в аквацентр Bogn Engadina пройти. Полотенца и яблоки в неограниченном количестве. Баня и лыжные подъёмник включены в стоимость пребывания.

Enttäuschend
Cons:

Abends war es richtig kalt im Zimmer und damit sehr ungemütlich.
Als ich nach einem Allergiekissen fragt, hat man schnippisch bemerkt, dass ich das nicht vorbestellt hätte ( als könnt ich wissen, dass sie nur ein Federkissen auf den Betten hätten).
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eingezwängt in eine Nische und alle drängeln dementsprechend und man kann nicht gemütlich sich die Sachen zusammensuchen.
