Da localização.

Cons:

Não gostei da garagem pois fiz a reserva antecipadamente e mesmo assim chegando no local não consegui estacionar, tinha 3 vagas vazias, mas não tinha como estacionar um carro sedan, pois a forma que estavam distribuídos os demais carros não ajudava e travava essas vagas, ou seja, deveria ser organizado onde cada carro(grande ou pequeno) deveria ficar, assim como o piso da entrada e estacionamento escorregam muito, na hora do café o local é muito apertado e não dá para 2 ou mais pessoas se servirem, pois fica embolado e um atrapalhando o outro.

Foi o melhor preço que encontrei próximo a vitória, apartamentos limpos e espaçosos, funcionários educados.

Cons:

Tem uma casa de festa ao lado, no último dia teve uma festa e o barulho foi até 1:30h da manhã
