Pros:

l'albergo era pieno e lo staff molto cordiale e preciso sulle comande
per chi vuole sciare o portare bambini a sciare è meraviglioso con la pista all'uscita dell'albergo

Cons:

per usufruire dell'area wellness bisogna uscire dalla struttura. inoltre l'albergo è molto distante dai centri abitati.

Perfect stay 10/10 recommend!
Pros:

We needed to check-in exceptionally late and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. They were genuinely kind and helpful! Our room exceeded our expectations - every design detail was considered for comfort and practicality. The breakfast was amazing and the views were gorgeous. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Cons:

We have stayed in the nearby outbuilding that looks a bit tiered and need refurbishing, to ask for more than 300€ per night for two in such accommodation I see as too expensive. We have stayed only for two nights, staff, food and location compensated.

La struttura è splendida, curata in ogni dettaglio. L’hotel e la spa sono semplicemente perfetti: ambienti puliti.
Al ristorante lo staff è molto gentile e professionale, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Cons:

Per un hotel a 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato le ciabatte in camera e shampoo e gel doccia già disponibili.

Igazi alpesi vendéglátás! A félpanziós ellátás pazar, több, mint bőséges! A személyzet segítőkész, tájékozott, udvarias. A szobánk akár 5 fő részére is megfelelő méretű volt, két fürdőszobával. A szabadidő tartalmas eltöltéséhez egy csomó eszköz bérelhető a hotelban. Parkolás a hágó közparkolójában volt, külön etikett jelezte, hogy a parkolást a szállón rendezzük. Javaslom hosszabb-rövidebb időre is. Mi nyáron voltunk, de már tervezem a téli visszaérkezést is!
