Accoglienza, cucina e Dolomiti: soggiorno perfetto (anche con un neonato)
Pros:

Tre notti in famiglia con un bimbo molto piccolo e non avremmo potuto scegliere meglio. Il personale è di una gentilezza rara: attenti, discreti, sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi cosa senza che tu debba chiedere due volte. Camera spaziosa, curatissima e silenziosa, con vista sulle Dolomiti che da sola vale il viaggio. La zona wellness è splendida e tenuta impeccabilmente. Cucina di livello davvero alto, con prodotti locali e grande attenzione alle esigenze particolari. Posizione perfetta per partire a piedi verso la Val Fiscalina e le passeggiate della zona, comoda anche con il passeggino. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, ma meglio. Da riprovare per un soggiorno più lungo!

Ein sehr nettes Team, leckeres Frühstück, tolle Lage, schöner Wellnessbereich. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer: ein neu renoviertes sehr schön, und ein zweites, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beide mit grandioser Aussicht. Die gemieteten Fahrräder waren top.

Cons:

Wunsch: längere Sauna Öffnungszeiten. Zweiter Wunsch: Kleinigkeiten zum Essen an der Bar mit der schönen Terrasse als Alternative zum Abendmenü im Restaurant.

Cibo ottima qualità ma migliorabile come porzioni, sono molto ridotte. Piscina piccola e purtroppo le famiglie con bambini non sempre li sanno gestire. Il personale di accoglienza /reception non sempre controlla bene la prenotazione, vedendo solo l'account booking.com e non esattamente chi usufruirà della camera - quindi dopo ore di viaggio ti senti dire che "non abbiamo la sua prenotazione"! quando invece è regolarmente stata effettuata. Ho compilato il Questionario Qualità consegnato al check out - la sua compilazione avrebbe dovuto prevedere una bottiglia di vino in ringraziamento: non mi è stata consegnata, mentre una coppia di amici prenotati con me nello stesso modo l'ha regolarmente avuta - una piccola svista non da 4 stelle superiore.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Bergaktivitäten. Die Aussicht grandios. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch sehr schön vor allem die Aussensauna. Das Essen auf Haubenniveau und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Es fehlen Infomaterial für Radrouten. Erst am letzten Tag lag eine Mappe auf. Ohne Ortskenntisse wird die Routenplanung schwierig es werden aber geführte Touren von der örtlichen Bergacademy angeboten. Was man unbedingt nutzen sollte...
