Not awful. Be prepared for some Soviet style BS & comedy. Ultra strong scent on towels and sheets.

Surrounding nature and the beach. Really nice lake on the site. Ducks and rental boats etc.

Cons:

Crazy parfume or towels and bedsheets - two weeks later and I still have the scent in my nose.

Night receptionist(or security guard) had absolutely no clue what was going on. Was he a man or a vegetable? He didn't know. And was talking only Polish. So I ended up going through like 7-8 rooms until he gave me a key to the room I had booked. And still had to make up our third bed by myself. 3am and family waiting in the lobby. That was a good one!

I think the case was that I booked the room too late (after 23pm when reception was closed already) and no one really knew we were coming.

Spa was closed and it looked like it was closed already for a long time. When I asked when will they open - receptionist asked how many of us. I told her 4. She instantly replied that you need minimum 5 person for her to open the Spa. I had a feeling that If I'd say 5 person she would've said you need to have 6 and so on and so on.

There were 200+ kids of different ages on the site. 4-5 different summer camps were going on at the moment. It was a bit intense. But I can imagine on a non school holiday period the place would've been more relaxing.

There was this old lady outdoor. Super strict and almost angry. Some other kids beat up their outdoor chess board(all the chess pieces were standing in one piece only from the mercy of God - they were so beat up, broken and sunburnt to begin with) - but when our kids went to investigate the crime scene - the Lady flew on the spot and threw some strong words in Polish(which we don't speak by the way). After this our kids froze instantly and she demanded us(the parents) to tidy up all the board. She was standing beside us and inspecting our work. When she was finally satisfied - we had a permission to leave the site.

To sum up - it was not awful. We left the place rather happy than sad. It was more like an unexpected adventure.

Pros:

Bardzo miły i kompetentny personel: Panie w recepcji, Pan główny kelner Kuba,Pan Adam w barze nad jeziorem dba o gości i atmosferę.
Jest zadbanie i czysto.
Dobre śniadania, czysta restauracja.

Cons:

Trzeba się liczyć że są dzieci na koloniach. Dzieci jak dzieci - cicho z pewnościa nie jest ,)Bardzo słabe WiFi i zanikanie TV ale w takie miejsce nie jedzie się by oglądać telewizję.
