Für uns sechs war das Appartement perfekt.
Pros:

Tolles Appartement mit riesigem Wohnbereich und Küche.

Cons:

War ziemlich weit weg vom Zentrum. Aber kein Problem, mussten mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren. Parksituation etwas schwierig wegen der Baustelle am Parkplatz.

Familienaufenthalt mit Ecken und Kanten - Lage und Frühstück punkten, Rest ist ausbaufähig…
Pros:

Relativ kurzer Weg in die lebhafte und quirlige Innenstadt. Sehr kurzer Weg zu einem 24/7 Supermarkt. Schöner Innenhof und Frühstücksbereich. Auswahl Frühstück war vollkommen ok.

Cons:

Erster scheinbar perfekter Eindruck relativierte sich, als genauer auf die Ausstattungsqualität innerhalb des Apartments geschaut wurde. Es gab Mängel, wie z.B. kaputte Abdunklungs-Plissees, fehlende Funktionalität der A/C-Remote Controls, Essensreste auf einem schönen Hocker, Spinnweben hinter den Vorhängen im wunderschönen Nass-Bereiches mit toller Regendusche und hinter der Glasplatten-Abtrennung sehr schönen freistehenden Badewanne. Leider mussten wir auch dort nach einem ersten Versuch der Nutzung unsanft feststellen, dass der Anschluss des Duschkopfes dieser Wanne nicht fest angezogen war und sich das Wasser verteilte. Wir wollen sicher nichts und niemanden anprangern, aber wenn man schon ein „exklusives Apartment der besonderen Klasse“ anbietet, sollte man für derartige kostenintensive (besonders für rumänische Verhältnisse) Unterkünfte eventuell zusätzlich etwas mehr Zeit (und Geld) in die Hand nehmen, um eine Art letzten Check oder Qualitätssicherung vor Ankunft neuer Gäste zu gewährleisten. So sind wir also die 4 Nächte durch die Helligkeit extrem früh wach geworden (es konnte in der Kürze der Zeit keine Abhilfe bei den Plisses geschaffen werden), haben die freistehende Badewanne nicht genutzt und die Zimmerklimatisierung sollte auch in einer Anleitung o.ä. näher beschrieben werden. Eine Putzkraft mit mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Details (auch wenn man sich mal bücken, strecken oder den Vorhang bewegen muss) wäre für künftige Gäste dieses „schönen Apartments mit sehr großem Potential“ sehr hilfreich, um das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in ein vertretbares Licht zu rücken…Falls Bedarf besteht, können Bilder gern nachgereicht werden…

Pros:

Le stanze da letto erano molto grandi e l’appartamento sembrava pulito. Acqua di cortesia sempre apprezzata.

Cons:

Un appartamento così grande con tre camere e un bagno non è comodo. Il soggiorno così grande non ha senso. Sarebbe meglio rimpicciolire il soggiorno o la cucina e creare un secondo bagno.

Hotel excelent. Foarte curat. Personal foarte prietenos. Mic dejun bogat și minunat. Locație bună. Camere mari. Convenabil pentru transportul în comun și pentru oaspeții care doresc să exploreze orașul. Vizavi de hotel există un magazin deschis nonstop, convenabil dacă ajungeți mai târziu. Stau des la acest hotel și îl recomand cu căldură.

Cons:

There was an event that lasted until the middle of the night, and although we were informed about it in advance, the following morning at 8:00 a.m. the cleaning staff was extremely noisy. After a late night, it was very unpleasant to be woken up by the noise. The staff should be more considerate of other guests when cleaning the rooms.

Excellent staff, very clean and spacious room, very delicious breakfast. Easy to drive from the hotel to all the tourist sites we wanted to see.

Cons:

Very minimal A/C. One of the bathroom showers leaked quite a bit.
