Really enjoyed my stay here. I had doubts but was pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

Big car park , Staff very friendly and helpful , I found everything to be clean, food downstairs was excellent and a very happy atmosphere. I travel a long way to West Midlands twice a month to see my child so I have to be careful with bookings as I’ve had 1 or 2 bad experiences. I will definitely stay here again.

I don’t have any complaints.

Basic room, very good food
Pros:

Room was a bit rough and ready, kettle on the floor, no table and not even a basic chair. Had to spend all evening sitting on the bed. Food was excellent though. Would not book again

Very enjoyable and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Good size room with kingsize bed and en-suite.
Very sociable atmosphere in bar/restaurant, busy for mid week but efficient staff and great food.
Parking on site no problem.

Cons:

Sadly no breakfast on site, but great cafe in walking distance "Bites & Brews", with good food and not expensive. (Listed on google as "The Black Country Cafe").

Pros:

The food was amazing. Good free parking. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Cons:

Nothing to moan about but although the shower was very good and powerful it just took me a little while to figure out how to adjust it to the temperature that I wanted.
