Floors are very thin and anyone above you sounds like a baby elephant running back and forth.
Shower curtain was brown and stained, hand soap at the sink wasn’t working.

Rat traps, dirty carpets, dirty towels, dirty bathroom and a broken peep hole in the door stuffed with a sachet of sugar. Food under the bed the list is endless. I know its a budget hotel but it should still be clean
