Pros:

креватите ( особено в единичните стаи са удобни и широки , матрака е добър . изолацията на прозорците е добра . самия хотел е чист .

Cons:

разположението е кошмарно , невъзможно е да се отвори прозорец защото се чува целия трафик ( чува се и при затворен макар и значително по- малко ) . вътре в стаята климатика дори и да го пуснеш на най ниска степен не охлажда и работи като вентилатор , ако го изключиш продължава да издава някакви шумове незнайно защо . телевизора е с едно дистанционно ( това на приемника ) и вечерно време е невъзможно да се гледа телевизия защото няма с какво да се намали яркостта на екрана , т.е . липсва дистанционното на самия телевизор . персонала още преди да напуснем ( бяхме излезли по работа ) побърза да ни изкара багажа отвън ( а още нямаше 12 ч - беше към 10.30 някъде ) и да подготви стаите та трябваше да си го търсим от рецепцията . като изключим тая случка иначе са приветливи и усмихнати .

Cons:

При настаняването ни не беше отбелязана нашата резервация. Рецепционистът се държа грубо с нас. След дълги разговори и доказателство от наша страна за направената и платена резервация ни настаниха без дори да ни се извинят за неудобството. В стаята ни имаше много хлебарки, както и в банята. Вървяха по мивката, тоалетна чиния, пода. Беше много неприятно преживяване!
