My request to Union is to add the breakfast in the Hotel plsss🙏

Cons:

I didn't like the noise while people sleeping
People go around in the middle of night when they are drunk and broken the bottle of beer down the steps

My stay was good everything I needed was close. I can recommend it to other people.
Pros:

Room was big and that was good for me coz I don't like small room.

Cons:

Wifi is too slow
They don't have enough toiletries (tissue mostly)
When the cleaning lady done clining the room they don't bring fresh towels u have to go to the reception to fetch another one and they didn't tell me that.
That thing of activating a card every day after 12 they must change it

I slept just because I already paid online, poor experience!

Fridge in your room.

Cons:

Poor customer services ,staff are not friendly especially that Nigerian guy.
The rooms have old uncomfortable beds
Reception is dirty
Parking is limited ,we had to fight to get it
The rooms have no cups ,glasses , no drinking water, no tea or coffee things.
The cleaning staff clean very late .
They dont change towels for you.
No free wifi offer .
The place is not clean .
No beautiful views.
Curtains are dirty.
Microwave is very far .
Bad location.

The room I used doesn't have a chair, I booked 1 double bed but found 1 double and a single bed.
Pros:

Location and working air conditioners.

Cons:

The place is dirty and the reception only looks better, the showers were dirty with no shower mat. The room was only cleaned were eyes can see but around the beds it was dirty and dusty
