Only the air conditioning

Cons:

Just the air conditioner other than that, nothing. The television was on one station which we couldn't change it from remote. My friend forgot her small bag in one of the cupboard. When she went to get it,one of the stuff members locked it in her locker. I dnt understand why she did that cause according to my point of view, she was suppose to leave it at reception. That was unprofessional. I was not happy at all about that.

Location was clear, shower was clean but small.

Cons:

The comfort in the bed wasn't clean and it got stains, the bed was skebhe needs to be changed and TV wasn't working 😒

I stayed because I was stranded
Pros:

The room was not reserved for us . They were surprised to see us and the stories of booking trouble Bookings. The had to give us the room which was not clean and the air conditioner was not working. The guy refused me to talk to the manager. He said I should go back to booking to solve my problem . When I try to call the number it was ringing where we was. He said they can extend check out time then I said it doesn’t solve the problem . I asked if the person walk in how much he said 450 then I asked refund cause the room was not conducive . He refused and said booking is the one who will solve the problem. I ended up saying if I was rich I will go to other places of accommodation . The following day the give us another room but bed was uncomfortable

Unexpected
Cons:

The light was not coming on and the TV remote was not working the Wi-Fi was not working at all.
Over all I was not happy as the staff was not help full it took more than two hours for them to come help
They were only able to fix the remote but not the light or the wifi
