The room wasn't clean, and the location was convenient. However, the positive aspects of my stay were outweighed by the poor customer service and lack of attention to guest needs.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay. There were no bath towels in my room when I arrived, and I had to ask for them. It was inconvenient having to use the stairs, especially after a long day when I was tired. I also felt that some of the staff were not welcoming when I asked for assistance. It seemed as though helping guests was an inconvenience, which made me feel uncomfortable and affected my overall experience.

Pros:

They double charged me, they did not refund me. The short lady in the reception was very unwelcoming, shouting at us with silly words. There was a lot o noise and smoking. When we ask the receptionist to silence them, she said, she is unable to do that. They took me to another hotel because they said it's full they placed the students in Union hotel. It was not a good thing. So I didn't enjoy to be in Union hotel at all.
