A nice place to stay with nice people.
Pros:

A lovely place with a nice restaurant to grab a bite or drink.

Cons:

A big room that’s nicely appointed.

Excellent location in downtown Dundee for business travel.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast scones were wonderful. The parking was excellent. The location was in the middle of Dundee close to everything.

Cons:

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower space was barren and cold. The bed was very small, and not like other Trace Hotels I have stayed at. This felt more like a business class hotel. I could not access WIFI and there was no desk clerk after 10pm. I think the interiors need a bit more work before this can be thought of as a boutique hotel. The maid did not speak english and could not address my concerns.

Very nice hotel with a terrific restaurant. Close to everything!
Pros:

Good location, close to wineries and good restaurants. Nice room, plenty of space, comfy bed and awesome huge shower. We had 2 of our best dining experiences at the restaurant located in the hotel building.

Cons:

Restaurant in the building is not open for breakfast during the week so you need to drive to red hills market or other spots for a hot breakfast.

I expected more for the cost I paid. Some of the decor in the room seemed worn.
Pros:

There was only a grab and go breakfast. Friday - Sunday guests could go to the restaurant next door for breakfast, at an additional cost.

Cons:

Staff were only available by phone during the evening and through the early morning. For the cost of the room, charging an additional $4 - $5 for a bottle of water, instead of having water be complementary seemed much. This hotel only had one close restaurant. One had to drive for breakfast or for additional dinner options.

I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Hotel was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Great location and good restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

Bed was too soft

Great overnight stay for a two day wine tasting trip.
Pros:

The hotel is in a little plaza off the main route in Dundee. Besides the hotel there are 4 wine tasting rooms and a casual restaurant. You can taste a lot of artisan-focussed(not large distributor) wines and not have to get in a car, plus have a nice bed and a place for light meals.

Cons:

The breakfast menu needs a light option for people like me who do not eat much in the morning. Otherwise, it is clear that local couples and families also come here. The pizzas are great and change with the seasons.

Overall very comfortable stay in a good location.
Pros:

Location was great - easy to walk to all the nearby tasting rooms. The room was also very large and clean, and parking was easy.

Cons:

The facet and shower handles were definitely ready to be replaced. They felt like they might come off if we turned the knobs just a little too hard.
