It looks very nice from the pictures presented on Booking.com and the like

The property is actually falling apart. The rooms get little to no maintenance, everything is falling apart. My fridge dud not work and my dad’s fridge in his room barely worked. The staff had to also come to fix the AC to work in my dad’s room. The workmanship of the walls, the doors and all fixed fittings is terrible! Do betters guys. This is not even a 3 star. My bathroom was not cleaned properly. The towels were stained.
