It used to be very nice hotel, the location is great at the heart of the City next to everything, nice breakfast extremely polite and kind employees.
Unfortunately the hotel declined significantly in recent years, maintenance is not good many things need to be replaced, even though relatively it is clean the feeling is not so great.

המלון ממוקם ממש קרוב לשדרות ויטושה והיתרון הגדול שלו שהוא ברחוב צדדי ושקט. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטובה. הצוות פשוט מדהים. פאם פקידת הקבלה פשוט מדהימה, כל הזמן דאגה לנו, כל הזמן ציידו אותנו בבקבוקי מים. יש במלון בשעות הערב happy hour בה מספקים בחינם שתיית אלכוהול, שתייה קלה וכיבוד. בערב האחרון אפילו קיבלנו עוגה. קיבלנו מענה לכל פניה ואף יצאו מדרכם כדי לעזור לנו. הריהוט טיפה ישן אבל המחיר מצדיק את השהייה ואת היחס שקיבלנו. מומלץ מאד.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est impeccable, très bien situé, proche des commodités, tout peut se faire à pied.
Le personnel a été très agréable, le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. L’hôtel est propre et calme.

This is a great hotel run by wonderful people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. Toward the end of our stay I asked the woman running the desk if the hotel was a family run business, and if she was the owners' daughter. She laughed and told me that she was not but that they treated everyone as family. They certainly treated us as family, handling our laundry and arranging a ride to the airport at the end of our stay. The hotel itself is in an old building, but the elevator works and the rooms and amenities were excellent. They host an open bar every evening with alcohol, beer, wine, soft drinks and excellent snacks. We were upgraded to a "luxury" room (room 403) upon arrival. It was huge, modern and well equipped. The bathroom was large and had both a large tub and a shower. Plenty of counter space and plenty of water. There was a safe, telephone and television in the room. It had a usable balcony, hot pot and nespresso machine. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choices, a coffee machine and fresh fruit. It is located two short blocks from Vitosha Street, a vibrant pedestrian street loaded with restaurants, bars and shops. It's a great place to sit outside with a beer and watch the world walk by. It's a short walk down Vitosha Street to the metro station and the central market. The metro is tap in/out and very easy to navigate. The central market actually is a modern grocery store, and not a traditional market. The "free" walking tour you can pick up on Vitosha is well worth the tip you'll want to give.

La ragazza alla reception gentilissima e super disponibile, ci ha prese a cuore e aiutato come poteva (check-in anticipato e check-out nel tardo pomeriggio). Ottima colazione internazionale aperta fino alle 10:30 e happy hour molto ricco dalle 18 alle 20 inclusi nel prezzo. Posizione centralissima, si può girare tutta Sofia a piedi. Taxi per l'aeroporto impiega 15 min e costa circa 12 euro. Camera attrezzata di tutto.

A great location just off of the main thoroughfare, so was very central but very quiet.

It is located centrally very close to the main street.
The breakfast is so delicious and there are lots of options to choose from. One of the richest breakfast I met so far.
Some details (eg old sofa from the restaurant) can be changed, some old furniture from the room can be also changed. Legs towel was missing from the bathroom.
