My favourite place to stay in Sofia

I highly recommend it, but do not expect too much from the room.
Pros:

The desserts during breakfast are great - better than in any 5-star hotel I have ever been to. Usually hotels go cheap and provide at most brownies, but here we had cheesecake, chocolate cake, apple pie and many more.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel reception.

Free coffee and tea any time of the day

Cons:

The rooms need renovation, in my opinion.

It would also be great if bottled water were provided every day.

As for the hot options at breakfast, there were only eggs and sausages. It’s somewhat acceptable, but it could definitely be improved in the future.

Très bon hôtel, excellent petit déjeuner, mérite des petits travaux de rénovation.
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable, bien situé, proche du centre mais au calme, petit déjeuner très varié et excellent, personnel très sympathique. "Happy hour" non testé.

Cons:

Dans notre chambre, un peu de rénovation à prévoir : porte de douche qui ferme mal, joint silicone à refaire, chambre surchauffée malgré la baisse du thermostat.

Un lieu de charme intemporel avec une réelle touche d’élégance
Pros:

Excellent emplacement, acueil personalisé en langue anglaise, personnel extrêmement aimable et serviable aussi bien à la réception qu’à la salle à manger où le petit déjeuner offre un très large choix. Sofia est une ville charmante et l’etablissement apporte un supplément d’ame idéal à cet environement. Je l’ai déjà conseillé à d’autres amis

Very nice stay in comfort with friendly staff.
Pros:

Very nice breakfast - many choices. Great coffee. The location was excellent - within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and just a short walk to the pedestrianized Vitosha Blvd.
