great client-oriented hotel, located at the very center of Sofia, close to the metro and main landmarks. Very polite and professional staff, excellent breakfast, great view from the balcony, happy hour for the residents of the hotel

The Art hotel is very well located, which makes it a great base for exploring Sofia. Unlike many other hotels in the area, it also offers its own parking, which is a significant advantage. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. Although the price is slightly higher, the overall quality, comfort, and level of service fully justify it, especially for guests who value convenience, reliable parking, and a professional and welcoming atmosphere. I can definitely recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Merkezde, temiz, konforlu bir konaklama
Pros:

Merkeze yakın, havalimanından ulaşımı kolay, temiz, konforlu, odalar gayet kullanışlı, kahvaltı çok çok iyi, happy hour saatine otel dışında olduğumuz için katılamamış olmamıza rağmen odamıza yapılan pasta ikramı oldukça semtatikti. Çalışanlar da gayet ilgili. Sonuç olarak ailecek yaptığımız kısa tatilimizde tüm beklentilerimizi karşılayan bir tesis. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

Pros:

Sadece konumu mükemmel kahvaltısı çok çok iyi o kadar personel soğuk bize söz verdikleri resimlerde rezervasyon yaptırdığım odanın otele gidince tamiratta olduğunu o odayı veremeyeceklerini söylediler. Rezervasyon yaptığım oda için fiyat farkı ödediğini belirttim ve karşılığında size şu an verdiğimiz o da o odandan 100 Euro daha fazla dediler yani neredeyse üstüne para isteyeceklerdi. Ayrıca rezervasyon sırasında yüksek fiyat ödeyip vip paketi satın aldım karşılında hiç bir ekstra hizmet almadım ne bir ikram ne bir jest ne mimi bar kullanımı kısacası rezervasyon sırasında kandırıldım. Kaldığımız oda da klimalar çalışmıyordu . Uzun süre uğraştık çok üşüdük lobiye indik kimseyi bulamadık . Yarım saat sonra tekrar lobiye gittik ingilizce bilmeyen yaşlı bir adama Bulgarca çeviri yaparak derdimi anlattım . Çok kaba bir şekilde beden diliyle odaya gitmemiz gerektiğini anlattı . Odaya girdik makyaj masasının altında meğerse elektrikli soba varmış eliyle onu işaret ederek dalga geçer gibi bir tavırla gülümsedi .( bunu burda görmediniz mi niye üşüdünü ki salak mısınız dedi bence ) ve bu kadar şeye katlanmamızın tek bir sebebi vardı gerçekten konumuydu otelde neredeyse gece hariç hiç vakit geçirmediğimiz için sorun etmek tüm bunları ama gidecekler de bilmeli sevgiler
