Son derece iyi bir şehir oteli.
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibar. Otel konumu tam merkezde ve çoğu önemli yer yürüme mesafesi. Kahvaltı çok iyi, özellikle börek ve pastalar. Odalarda tüm konfor var, mini bar, kahve makinası , ütü v.s mevcut, ve temizlik iyi. Bence bir şehir oteli olarak başarılı. Ayrıca taxi konusundaki yardımları ve nazik davranışları için teşekkür ederim. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

Pros:

L’accueil et le petit déjeuner etaient formidables !

Cons:

Notre chambre était annoncé comme ayant une vue sur les montagnes. Or nous donnions sur des immeubles ! Donc petite déception de ce côté là !

Enjoyable,central,best location ,very attentive service
Pros:

A perfect stay in a very central location. Excellent breakfast 👍even nice cherries. The air conditioning was perfect especially when the weather was really hot. Just a few steps from vitosha boulevard. We enjoyed the 4 night stay very much

Pros:

La ragazza alla reception davvero molto disponibile e gentile. Lei il valore aggiunto dell'albergo.
Buona scelta nella colazione.
Abbiamo apprezzato che ci è stato fatto un upgrade di stanza.

Cons:

Richiede sicuramente di una ristrutturazione generale.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The girl at reception was extremely kind and made a lot of effort to make us feel like welcome guests and to show that she really cared. They upgraded our room free of charge and they even paid for our taxi to the airport. The location is very convenient. Breakfast was not bad.... not great, but good enough. Happy hour in the bar every evening with free drinks and snacks was really nice. The price was very reasonable, so it was definitely good value for money.

Cons:

The maintenance of the building isn't great. The elevator is very slow and bumpy. Every public area seems to have junk piled up in a corner. The bathroom needs refurbishing.

Pros:

We arrived at 7.00am wanting to leave our bags while we waited for check in but instead we were offered breakfast and a room providing we were ok with a different one than we had booked - 😊. Great location, breakfast had a very good selection, the bed was comfy and the staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The property is a bit tired and would be an idea to remove the rubbish from view of the dining area but overall everything was fine

Остановились здесь во второй раз, нас узнали и дали комнату побольше в подарок, персонал даёт ощущение дома,гостиница небольшая в тихом месте, но в самом центре, в двух минутах от бульвара Витоша. Вкусные завтраки и предлагается вечером лёгкий lunch
