Fantastic Value !!!
Pros:

The Staff was EXCELLENT !!! The initial room that was given to us was a little small. We were then UPGRADED to a much larger room with a great view. At NO extra charge. It is a Heritage Hotel. Location is great. Breakfast is adequate. The staff at this property are an asset to this hotel. Thank you Deanna and Pam. Will definitely return.

Decent hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, spacious room with lots of light, good wifi, charging cables

Cons:

Room too hot, AC didn't help. Water noises in room. Dangerous step in the middle of room. Light of bathroom mirror broken.

Sofia et la Bulgarie sont plus pauvres que le reste de l'Europe donc il faut être indulgent à mon avis car les gens

emplacement central, quartier animé de Sofia

Cons:

la déco est moche mais c'est couleur locale donc ça passe. Petit chien qui aboit dans la chambre voisine.

The highlight was happy hour on Friday night which was 2 hours with free drinks and small buffet

Sehr schöne Zeit, aber mi etwas mehr Liebe in die Substanz wäre mehr drin.
Pros:

Super Lage, tolles landestypisches Frühstück. Zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel (wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal Gast gewesen) hat einen massiven Unterhaltungsrückstand. Möbel teilweise stark abgenutzt oder nur noch eingeschränkt funktionsfähig. Internet auf dem Zimmern nicht immer stabil. Das ist sehr schade, denn das Personal ist super und die Bausubstanz auch.

God beliggenhed i forhold til byens seværdigheder

Cons:

Jeg opfatter ikke dette som et fire stjernet hotel… snarere et hostel med god beliggenhed. Lidl råvarer/marmelader til morgenmaden, dag gamle kager på morgenbuffet og manglende service/oprydning.

Sve je bilo super, od prethodne komunkacije do rastanka.
Izvrsna soba, upgraded, balkon, lijep vidik, tiha i mirna, vrlo čista
Vrlo kvalitetan doručak, jako dobar i širok izbor, osoblje u restoranu spremno priskočiti i pomoći u svakom trenutku.
Svaku večer u baru happy hour!
Hotel na izvrsnom položaju, u centru, na minutu hoda od Bulevara Vitoša, sve znamenitosti na dohvatu laganom šetnjom.
Izvrsna vrijednost za novac.
Posebna pohvala recepciji, gđa. Plamena je bila susretljiva i pomogla nam u svim trenucima kada smo trebali pomoć ili savjet.

Ein sehr angenehmer und Stressfreier Aufenthalt, war sehr schön überrascht.
Pros:
