Disappointed
Pros:

Location is perfect
Bathroom was tired but clean ish.

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty and very old.
There were holes in the carpet and the bed linen,
Quite a lot of bugs and flies. Couldn't sleep at all in the evening and asked for some compensation.
They said it is nature and can't do anything against.

Would not say this is hotel. Maybe with some refreshing can do a guesthouse.

Pros:

Просто съвършенство! Един от най-приятните престои, които сме имали. Безупречна чистота, прекрасна атмосфера, изключително удобни легла и топло, сърдечно отношение от целия екип и от нобственика. Идеална база за София — близо до всичко важно. Нямаме нито една забележка, само възхищение. Незабравимо изживяване — определено ще се върнем! Пълна, заслужена десетка!

Pros:

Very good location,very friendly staff as always.I stay in this hotel for last 20 years and never have any measure problems.The moste important is price compare to location-very good.Always car park available,smoking and non smoking options.,so very good for Sofia centrum and value .

El señor dobrev es una persona seria y amable, fue comprensivo y atento.
Mr Dobrev is a kind guy, very friendly.
Greate place in mid Sofia. Literally. Close to NDK.

Appliances are a bit outdated but the cons are small, enough to be dismissed. The location is great, thats why.
