ottima posizione, da rivedere però tutto il resto
Pros:

Ottima posizione super centrale vicino alla strada principale. Condizionatore funzionante. Titolare disponibile per un check in molto tardi

Cons:

La struttura che ho prenotato aveva un bagno che però non ho ritrovato nella camera che mi è stata data, la doccia era sopra il lavandino praticamente .. ed era veramente stretto. La stanza aveva una puzza di fumo veramente forte che ormai si era impregnata anche sulle lenzuola, sugli asciugamani e sui cuscini. Il piumino che fuoriusciva dal copri piumino non era proprio di un bel colore, era giallino e sporco . Il bagno oltre ad essere piccolo non era ben pulito e ovviamente dopo la doccia non si poteva entrare poiché tutto allagato e bagnato. La luce vicino a uno dei due letti non funzionava. Il frigo inoltre non era funzionante e aprendolo era tutto nero dalla ruggine . Da rivedere un po di cose insomma :/

Pros:

Нищо не ми хареса ! Изключително занижена хигиена и опасна баня!

Cons:

Изключително занижена хигиена, в банята течеше вода от дупката за лампичката, над тоалетната чиния, което е опасно...Скъсани и мръсни пердета, на масичката от ратан си одрах крака от стърчащите части. Тясно и вито стълбище, голям куфар не може да се качи... Слабо осветление в спалнята, жълти стени, някога са били бели. Прах на нощното шкафче.... Тясно фоайе, със лоша миризма... Замърсен килим.Жълти възглавници. Категорично няма да повторя... Разочароващо!!!

Tutto sommato bene.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima! Pochi passi e sei nel centro di Sofia. La stanza era della grandezza giusta per essere una tripla. Il bagno aveva una bella doccia spaziosa. Il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

C'erano delle ragnatele nel corridoio e anche dei mosconi, oltre una cimice.

Broken bad, bad attitude and practically no internet.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

The bed is broken and should have been replaced a long time ago.
The Wifi is very very bad and unstable, almost like not having internet at all.
The staff was unhelpful.

Did not disappoint.
Pros:

Very pleasant owner. We were leaving at silly O'Clock to go to the airport. He left the parking area remote in a plastic bag so we could use it and return it. Parking is off road and safe.
Location is brilliant - short 5 minute walk to Metro and Theatre

Cons:

We understood the place was 'tired' - but the low rate reflects that so we were happy.

The location is Perfect !!! Metro and bus stations up to 50 meters from the location. Is it on the Center of the City. It has Private Parking. The room was clean. The internet cover is ok. It is perfect for a week or more.
