La gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari. La colazione abbondante e varia.
Everything about the family run hotel was quite exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The surroundings are lovely in a very quiet location. I had view of mountains from my room.
The hotel is near hiking paths for those interested in out doors.
Public transport is available but not convenient. However it is quite close to Sofia and so taxi is affordable.
The hosts look after you and provide all the help.
I would definitely go back to stay at Zdaverts, next time I visit Sofia.

Very good place to stay. Friendly, welcoming and very clean. Huge room with balcony overlooking the city landscape.

Bar and restaurant would've been good but there was a good one just 180m away.
The room is big and clean, a cozy place to stay at night. You can find a grocery not so far.
The staff team has bad English. Before we arrived I send a message to the property: "We will be with 2 dogs labrador sized". They replied only "ok"... When we arrived the director of the guesthouse said that we should pay additional fees for the dogs because they are large, but they are was the size as I described before! Why the staff didn't inform us about the additional fee before we arrive? The fees for dogs were more than half price for the room... if we will know about that before we will changed our booking. When we left we were disappointed about this case.
Overall I was happy with my stay. It's a nice place and good value for money. I also ordered breakfast for which I paid extra and it was very good. The surrounding nature is beautiful.
One night there was very loud talking from a room next to me until 1 a.m. It's not something I blame the hotel owners for, it was just bad luck, but if you're a light sleeper, be aware that noises from other areas of the hotel can be heard. (Other times I could hear other people talking elsewhere, but fortunately not too late at night.)
Also, if you want to have a night out and come back late, it can be tricky. I was told I could borrow the front door keys in such case, but somehow it didn't work out and when I came back at midnight, I rang the bell and nobody answered. I was saved by my loud neighbours.
