Vista mozzafiato...relax assicurato!
Pros:

La camera, anche se era nella parte vecchia della struttura, era molto ampia e confortevole con una vista magnifica sulla montagna.
Staff gentile e disponibile.
Ci hanno permesso di entrare gratuitamente nella stanza prima del orario di check in e abbiamo potuto utilizzare la zona benessere fin da subito.
L'hotel ha una vista mozzafiato sul campanile, laghetto, montagna.
La zona welness è degna di un 4 stelle superior....bellissima e varia, zona relax una favola!
Bellissima anche la piscina interna e che va all'estero (peccato che l'acqua non era proprio calda).
Hall e zona bar molto raffinate, come le vetrate nella zona pasti.

Cons:

Per essere un 4 stelle superior il cibo è da migliorare e un dispenser di acqua (che è quella della montagna) sarebbe carino.

Die Lage und der Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Wir waren im Altbau untergebracht, das Badezimmer ist eine Zumutung. Der Kühlschrank, den wir für Medikamente brauchen, schaltet sich aus, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt (kein Strom, wenn die Gäste/Zimmerkarte gezogen wird).

Pros:

Très bon hotel dans un endroit magnifique. Le restaurant était bon et le petit déjeuner également. Comme j'était en roadtrip je n'ai pas pu essayer les différentes activités qui sont proposé par l'hôtel.

Staff gentile, struttura con parti comuni, area weekend e terrazza rinnovati e accoglienti, ottima proposta di cibo e carta dei vini, la vista dalla terrazza è stupenda

Cons:

Le stanza nella parte storica dell'edificio sono piuttosto datate, andrebbero rinnovate, le finestre della stanza davano sulla copertura delle cucine. L'area esterna attorno alla piscina è molto piccola e deve essere completata

Das Resort ist wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf den Ortler. Die Aussicht ist wirklich einmalig. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und modern. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Besonders der junge Herr Flakrim hat uns hervorragend betreut und einen ausgezeichneten Service geboten. Unsere Kinder haben den Aufenthalt ebenfalls sehr genossen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Familien, darunter ein schöner Spielplatz, ein Kinderclub, Wasserrutschen, ein Kinderplanschbecken sowie ein beheizter Pool. Auch die Umgebung von Sulden bietet zahlreiche schöne Aktivitäten und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es gibt eigentlich nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lovely hotel in a lovely town stunning views
Food and drink excellent and location very vlose to stelvio pass which we travelled following day.
Big rooms. Staff helpful at times struggled to understand each other as we were british.

Cons:

After travelling 4 hours in thunderstorms we got there pretty late on and we was wet and cold.
Because of the language barrier ended walking around hotel to find room which isn't fun when carrying luggage off my motorbike.
When eventually finding room the key card to get in didn't work so had to leave my luggage unattended outside my room and go back to reception for them to reprogram key card.
So while I was there I went to motorbike to collect the rest of my luggage.
Went to room entered put card into slot for electric and lights nothing at this point I wasn't pleased plus it was nearly dark outside.
So removed my wet motorbike clothing and had a shower in the dark.
Got changed Went to reception to have a moan. Got given another card to try back to room still no electricity. Back to reception Again one of the girls came to room to try card still no electric off she goes for another card. Still no joy. In end I said if nobody is in next door I'll we have that room.
That's what we did Change rooms and moved my luggage. So after about 2 hours finally got into a room.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse für erholsamen Urlaub.
Pros:

Komfortables Apartment mit fantastischem Wellnessbereich. Sehr nettes Personal. Ausgezeichnete und sehr reichliche Verpflegung.

Peccato andarsene...
Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente...ampi spazi comuni...arredo moderno ma con un richiamo alla tradizione locale...servizi curati e di alto livello...in particolare ho apprezzato la piscina riscaldata con una parte al coperto ed una all'aperto dotata di idromassaggio...piacevole il drink di benvenuto offerto....

Cons:

a livello personale non amo la moquette nelle camere...avrei preferito un caldo pavimento in legno....anche se la pulizia è ineccepibile...
