Jungfrau Hotel dont even answer to you if you have unexpected problem and they'll keep your payement
Cons:

If something unexpected happen to you on your trip to the Jungfrau Hotel (Like a rain bomb) and you have to stop the car and you cant reach the hotel, be sure that: you'll pay the staying anyway but the worst thing will be that the Junfrau hotel will not answer to multiple telephone call and e-mail from you and even Booking.com. they will apply the night fee and they will not replay to your phone call or mail even after.

Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich, würde schon deshalb wieder gehen. Lage ist toll!
