Katastrophe nie wider große bogen um den Unterkunft

Katastrophe bei Schlüssel Übergabe informiert uns die Besitzerin gegen 19 Uhr gibt keine Möglichkeit zum Essen obwohl eine Restaurant im Unterkunft war wir sollen uns wo anderes was suchen . Nächste Möglichkeit war mit dem Auto 45 Minuten .

The agent named Louise was rude and aggressive on the phone. I understand the hotel's policy, but there is absolutely no need to treat others with rudeness. as a Foyer, you can have your policy, but you also have a moral and professional obligation to treat all your customers with basic respect and courtesy.

allow me to explain: I was not feeling well, so our walk took a little longer than expected. we would arrive at 9:45 to check in, I sent an earlier message and made a phone call around 8:45. instead of considering waiting for us for 15 minutes, Louise started yelling at me, yelling all sorts of things that are not appropriate to repeat here. It was extremely offensive and rude. I was extremely shocked by this type of behavior.

Lovely clean room with a beautiful view
Pros:

The view from our window was spectacular and we had a sofa in front of the window to sit and admire the view. Lovely and clean. I loved having a sink in the room. The staff were helpful. Would come again. Good value for money!

Logement calme et propre, confortable sauf la literie d'une chambre, trop molle.

Cons:

Nous avons téléphoné pour demander de retarder légèrement l'heure d'arrivée, en raison d'une contrainte sur la route. La personne qui a répondu au téléphone n'était pas aimable et a refusé catégoriquement notre demande. De même nous avions demandé des conseils pour trouver un restaurant mais nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. La personne qui nous a accueillis physiquement était cependant plus agréable.

To be greeted by Louise and Terry was great. Fabulous meal prepared by Terry (significant sized menu), whisky bar 204 whisky’s. Fabulous view.

Belle chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut avec vue magnifique.

Cons:

La chambre n'est pas insonorisée et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres d'à côté.
De plus la nôtre était au 1er étage et mitoyenne avec les toilettes communes, on entendait tout.
Aussi, un bruit fort et constant raisonnait dans la chambre...le Monsieur nous à dis que ça venait du ballon d'eau qui se rechargeait.

Demasiadas restricciones, por ejemplo no consumir comida de fuera del alojamiento, y no poder beber vino tinto en la habitación, según nos informó la propietaria, para no manchar su alfombra.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté des chambres et des sanitaires.
Nous avons bien mangé le soir sur place, le chef cuisine bien !

Cons:

Dans notre chambre ça sentait la friture et la bouffe car la vmc de la cuisine débouchait dans notre chambre derrière un placard ! Bruit de l’aération à la fenêtre , dommage !

Dalla finestra si vede il lago di Lochness. Appena sotto si trova una cascata. Bagno pulito e funzionale condiviso con altre due camere. La signora che gestisce il lodge ci ha consentito il check-in anche se (causa gregge) eravamo in ritardo sull'orario massimo (le 21,30)

Cons:

La posizione: la strada per arrivarci da Inverness (o dal castello di Urquart) è molto lunga, stretta e in salita; noi abbiamo anche incontrato un grosso gregge di pecore che ce l'ha sbarrata per mezz'ora circa.

Highly recommend the accommodation, amazing location, but would avoid eating there.
Pros:

Excellent view and location above Loch Ness, beautiful surroundings, exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Would have awarded a higher score if we hadn't eaten dinner and breakfast there. Extremely basic chain pub style food, at high class restaurant prices.
