Pros:

As a first-time solo traveler in Geneva, but not in Switzerland, I was initially welcomed nicely for my early check-in, which gave me a good first impression of the place.

Cons:

However, after returning from a long walking tour around the city, I discovered that the bathroom in my room had no electricity at all. I kindly informed the reception and was asked to wait 10–15 minutes until another staff member returned. I agreed and waited patiently in my room.

Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes with no one showing up. I was also concerned about the possibility of someone knocking on my room while I was using the bathroom, so I decided to go back to reception and told them that I was very tired and would rather have the issue fixed another day than continue waiting, then I was told that they would come and fix it right away. I told them that if they had time to do it immediately, they could go ahead now, as I was already exhausted from waiting then head back to my room. But once again, NO ONE CAME or KNOCKED .

I ended up spending my entire stay with no electricity in the bathroom. Thankfully, the hot shower was working, but that does not make up for the inconvenience and disappointment.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of follow-through and communication. I felt unheard and that my time was not respected.

厨房有点小 水壶加热不能自动停止 大家不知道 一直都有人等到壶都要烧干了
