الطاقم متعاون جداً وخصوصاً الموظفة المغربية مريم والبحيرة قريبة حوالي 10 دقائق مشياً على الأقدام والإفطار شامل ومتنوع وتوجد خدمات كالمطاعم والمقاهي قريبة من الفندق ويمنح الفندق بطاقة مجانية للمواصلات العامة للوصول إلى السنتر
الفندق بعيد قليلاً عن السنتر والمرحاض في مكان ضيق بين حائطين وباقي الحمام ممتاز
From the moment we arrived, the hotel created a wonderful first impression. Myriam, who welcomed us at reception, was incredibly positive, warm, and helpful. She provided us with a wonderful room, shared useful information about the city, and assisted us with transportation recommendations.
Our room was spotless and maintained impeccably throughout our stay. The coffee machine, bathtub, comfortable bed, bathrobes, and slippers all added to a great sense of comfort and relaxation.
On one occasion, we requested an ice bucket and wine glasses, and they arrived within just five minutes — the service was excellent.
We also experienced a smooth and hassle-free check-out process. Although another colleague assisted us with check-out, Myriam noticed us before we left and kindly asked whether we had enjoyed our stay, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only downside was that when the master light switch was turned off, the power outlets also stopped working, which made it impossible to charge phones overnight. We were unable to switch off the main light separately.

Clean hotel with a great location. The staff were friendly, especially Katalina, who was very kind and helpful. I also appreciated having a bidet spray in the bathroom. Highly recommended.
There were no toothbrushes or slippers in the room.
Great hotel is in a great location, with bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive. Room is a good size with good facilities. You get a free city transport pass which you can use on buses, trams, and some riverboats throughout your stay.
The staff were excellent, we were delayed by 1 day due to illness and the staff accommodated us with no hesitation. They even upgraded us free of charge for the inconvenience of having to pay for another night!
