Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Preis Leistung auch super. Wir haben spontan einen Tag vorher gebucht und es hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Pros:

Nice furnishings, spacious room, good aircon, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Cons:

No breakfast available. Just to note that the hotel is not in the right place on Booking’s map (or Google maps). The odd house numbers are on one side of the street, the even numbers are on the other, but they are out of step with each other. The hotel is further up the street than it appears on the map.

Amazing hospitality just like family
Pros:

The hospitality was amazing. The receptionist was very friendly. I wanted to see some sights in the Taraz countryside, and she organized me a driver to not only take me there, but to all the other historic sights in Taraz. The hotel staff really made Taraz the special experience that it is. The room was big, clean and modern too, and a short walk from the train station.

Recommend the Saphire hotel to anyone!

Very good
Pros:

Payment by Visa card was possible without problems. Free drinking water for the guests. Nice room.

Cons:

In mid of May they still had the heating on in the building. It could not be turned off in the room. So we had to cool the room by a/c.
The light in the bathroom could be a bit brighter.
