Perfect little stop over that exceeded expectations!
Pros:

For a hotel situated on M6 motorway services this really exceeded expectations! The staff, rooms, restaurant and quality of food for evening meals and breakfast were exceptional. The hotel accommodated us well with rooms next to each other as there was not a family room available. It is nicely set back from the motorway so it is also bizarrely quiet too. Such a beautiful countryside and surroundings. We stayed here on our way to Kendal Calling and it was a perfect 20 minute journey to the festival from there. Even lots of choice of EV charging points too.

Cons:

There was literally nothing that we would have changed. We need to find an excuse to come back!
